The store has undergone some changes in the past year, so some turnover is expected (especially considering the type of company- eing a gas station and all.) I must say that there is one young female clerk who seems to usually work the afternoon shift who is exceptionally rude! She fails to acknowledge the customer, is anything but polite, and makes me feel as a consumer that I am a bother to her. No "Hello", no "Thank You", no nothing other than "receipt?" This 1 employee aside, this is a great little country store with wonderful employees! I hope they stick to their sign about hiring "happy, friendly people".

I came into buy my favorite gas station snack (7-Up® Crram Cheese Cake Bites) and as I went to go enjoy, to my horror, there was a BITE TAKEN OUT OF IT! I have never been so disappointed in an establishment I once adored-- I frequently came into buy both the cake bites and the bean burritos. BUT NO LONGER WILL I BE COMING TO THIS PLACE!!!! Opening hours on the weekday says 6am but I've driven up at 5:55am and there were already people pumping gas. I love that I don't have to wait until opening, which makes me not stress about being late to work. Workers are always friendly as well, saying hi or good morning as you're filling up your tank. I'll always be using Costco for all my gasoline needs!

I take it home one got opened and fine. The second one I got the complaint from my family that it tastes off. No one realized that it is Marlboro select not light which is way cheaper. They never give you a receipt or even offer you one. I went to my bank statement and sure enough I was charged for the 2 Marlboro light. I pass by the store and one of the clerks said he will call his manager her name is Maria. Maria said they cannot exchange it since it already left the store. Well dear Maria train your employees or at least offer a solution since cigarettes are expensive and to top it off wasting gas coming back just for that nowadays is expensive too! If I give her anything else, she throws a hissy fit and grumbles a bit after I've put her to bed. Today she was very thirsty, so I went here, which is almost always on my way to wherever. Talk about pain at the pump! The one occasion I had to deal with an employee it wasn't the greatest experience. I had to call to get the hours, and she said she got off at 10:00 p.m., and didn't know what time they closed. She seemed totally uninterested in finding out. I now know it's open 24 hours, but only because I made it a point to look at the posted hours.

What is awesome is that even if it rains within 7 days, if you save your receipt you get your car re-washed for free. I really have no idea on how this place has low ratings, but can reasonably speculate that it is a few slimy people trying to get free washes. Anything that was missed I poined out to the staff and they eagerly gave attention to that area of my wife's ST.
