I need to find our who the owner of this establishment is! Our tire was low and we went to use the air machine and the guy told us to pay him $1.50. We told him according to California state law they are required to turn it on for free. He said buy some gas. My car doesn't even take gas it takes E85. Now I'm sitting on the side of a road after trying to find an air machine. Whoever owns this establishment needs to contact me immediately! I'm contacting a lawyer. One star for location only; easy access off and back onto the freeway. Grungy station, only filled up because I bothered to stop at this station. The receipt didn't print, and I had been driving for 3 hours and ready for a pit stop. As I walked inside, I was saying hello cuz there was so much stuff that I couldn't see where the register was...no one answered. I finally spot the man sitting behind a counter. Asking for the receipt on pump 7, he gave me a hard time...My car was the only one at any of the pumps. Then when I asked about the restroom, he said 25 cents had to be put into the door lock!! Who carries coins !! I was shocked that at $6.89 a gallon; this station charges to use the toilet!! Someone please remind me not to stop here again!! The end. read more

Okay so, If you have a sports car and need high octane 91 don't come here; i always go to shell because they have good gas 91+ but came here and filled up and my Subie felt bad i took it to Subie thinking it was something else but sure enough it was the fuel they had to pump all The fuel out of my Subie and give me real 91, the 91 at this station has water mixed in with it and it's not high octane at all. If I could give it a zero I would, The workers are so rude!!!!!! This is the closest gas station to my house, for years I've come to this one. That's about to change! Over time the service has gotten worse, they charge you extra when you pay with card (they didn't do that because and Ive gone to other shells and they don't change extra fees!) Shit all over the floor smells like something died there the chicken they sell looks disgusting, SUPER RUDE employees everything is super over priced old food and products and they lie about what they are going to charge you and end up charging more, always ask for your receipt and when you ask they get hella mad at you. And that's not even what I need to say. NEVER give these people business because as soon as I used my debit card there I got fraud spending 80$ on Door dash! 80$$!!!!!! I of course denied the transaction but still! Our tire got flat and the workers here were so unhelpful some very helpful customers ended up helping us out but when we went to go put air in our tire their machine was broken. Do not recommend, very dirty and rude. read more

Horrible gas station that commits fraud on their customers! Stopped in on my way out of town for the weekend and used a Shell gift card that I had inside at the counter. Only to come home the next week and find out that the remaining balance on the gift card had been gone. Transactions posted to the card were done in town while I was out! read more

On a recent road trip, we stopped at this Shell gas station and filled up our vehicle with over $60 of gasoline. A large sign at the station indicated that it is under "New Management." We wished to use the restroom, but a coin meter had been installed on the restroom door. We explained to the "New Management" that we had just put in over $60 of gas in our vehicle and asked for a token to enter the restroom. The response we received was rude and they insisted that we pay to use it, even after spending over $60 in gas. The situation was urgent for one of our party, so he paid to enter the restroom and found it filthy and not maintained. This is a terrible way to conduct business and is completely inappropriate when customers are purchasing gas or other merchandise. We do NOT recommend using this gas station. read more

horrible business!!! better to go to Arco down the street, very rude owner, hung up on me in middle of complaint and refused to pick up any calls after, never dealt with such immature behavior, especially from an owner, very unprofessional. beside the horrible treatment I received, watch out for pump #5 ! it did not auto shut off (my car has never experienced this problem before at any gas station). this man is very nasty and rude, please do not support his business!!! read more
