The staff are rude and they claim the pay at the pump doesn't work. Why have pay at the pump if it won't work and messes up. When I tell the clerk at the register his pumps are messed up he wants to respond with some nonsense "it's not my store". So whoever's store this is needs to train your staff better and fix your nonsensical pumps if they can't take the card at the pump. read more

I tried using my debit card to fill up. Declined, 3X. have $40,000 just in my checking account so there's no reason it should have been. (My debit card worked fine at my nectar stop.) I was forced to use my credit card at, surprise, surprise, the credit card price. Shady!! I did see security doing a fine job chasing away the people loitering and asking for money. read more

Extremely shitty service and cheap pumps. Pump number 5 was leaking from the handle and alot of gas leaked on my barely detailed truck and the floor. When i addressed it with the people working i also mentioned that i felt robbed because they are quick to charge but the gas in the floor (which was alot) is my lost money. Fuck the money, what about having someone clean the gas on the floor which can be dangerous. It isnt even about greed when its what I paid for. And to get the response that I did? The guy laughed as if he couldnt believe i was being serious and straight up said no. Shit pumps! Will rob your money!!!!! And laugh at you when you try to address the issue. I come to this Arco all the time and have never had such a horrible experience it is the day before Mother's Day I went in to I'm going to buy flowers and the Cashier accuses me of switching the color of the flowers he said that they don't usually come like that and he knows I switch them when I was literally in there for five minutes he said he saw me personally and I repeatedly told him that I did not rearranged the flowers and he said that there is no need to lie that he saw me . he was racial profiling me because he was an Indian man and I was a Hispanic race he didn't even wanna help me check out and was very bothered by my presence . he should be placed on administrative leave due to his negligence and lying that he personally saw me he never once showed me Cámara footage of me switching the flowers I do not recommend anyone coming here . read more

Dreadful car wash. It old and not maintained- some of the spinning wheels stoped halfway through washing my car.

I like the car wash, this gas station is fairly new, but is looking bad lately, today trash cans were full of trash and the store inside was smelling bad, floors were very dirty. Line inside was long with no distance and nobody wearing a mask. Lots of homeless hang out at this place. read more

I absolutely love the car wash! It's so colorful and my grandson enjoyed it immensely! My husband always fills up the tank here because the gas prices are so competitive! I wish the car wash was open 24 hours, But I understand why it's not since they do have an attendant outside when it's open. It's a great value because you get to use the vacuum for free as part of the deal! read more

So I just witnessed a horrible scene at the ARCO on valley and pepper.... there was a homeless female trying work for some money to buy food (which she did ask to clean my headlights for food) so I guess a young man decided to give her a chance and walked in to buy food with the female... he had paid for the food and out the back the only male arco worker came and grabbed the homeless female tried to yank the food out of her hands as he's trying to push her out the facility! The young man who bought the food got involved and yelled that he had paid for the food and took a stand between the worker and the female. THERE IS NO REASON A ARCO EMPLOYEE SHOULD PUT THIER HANDS ON ANYONE! SHAME ON YOU ARCO! (I get it people are tired of the growth of homeless but to lay hands on any person is not acceptable!) read more

The car wash at this location is HORRIBLE. If you have to use it real quick I guess but you pay for the membership sticker that works when it wants to. Its supposed to be for the Top Wash and your lucky if you get the gold every now and then. When you ask the associates about the stickers not working they have the worse attitude and like to yell. When you go to vacuum out your vehicle all the sprayers and hoses are gone. You now have to ask for them. How convient is that? I just got my car washed and it was supposed to the the platinum wash and my car is still dirty. The guy says oh well just go through it again. Who has time to keep going through the car wash 3 or 4 times to get a car clean. AWFUL PLACE. IM GOING TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE. CHEVRON IS BETTER. read more

I had to get my gas tank fill up and get the car wash for my car. I paid outside and after I got my gasoline I noticed I didn't receive a receipt for my car wash and gasoline. I went inside the store and asked the cashier for my receipt and car wash code. Guess what? The cashier said you need to come back tomorrow since the car wash is not operating or broken. I told him I rather get my money back since I want my car wash today! He said that wasn't possible because the station doesn't own the car wash. Really! I told him I don't like germ force to do something. I told him I wanted my money back, so he got the manager. I was charged 12.50 for my car wash and they only returned 10.40 because they had to keep the discount. I don't recommend the car wash at this location. First of all they could write a message and let their customers know that the car wash was not working. That would be the right thing to do instead of almost forcing the customers to return. Shame on management and I am for ever grateful that we have yelp. Poor customer service and people in our community need to know. Maybe this way they will learn to use a sign. I actually took my car back to my usual location. Shell gas station on Riverside and Foothill Blvd. They always have a sign to let their customers know when the car wash is not working. The best part they are an honest business. As usual this post gets one star although they don't deserve one at all. Two thumbs down read more
