Long story short: My travel trailer was taken to Cal's after a wheel-related failure during a rental while traveling through Tuba City, Arizona. I did not choose or authorize Cal's to work on my camper; RVezy - a third party rv rental service arranged the repair while it was stranded more than 1,500 miles from home. I was told by Dominick at Cal's that the camper had been repaired and was safe to tow back for the 1,500 mile trip back home. Barely making it to Flagstaff to a RV repair shop, further professional inspection showed the repair Cal's had performed was not properly completed with the incorrect axle installed and incorrectly installed, destroying the new axle & resulting in substantial additional expenses that are continuing to grow. On top of the repair issues, my experience dealing with Dominick was extremely unprofessional. During a phone conversation, he became very angry, cussed at me numerous times and would not allow me to speak. I was simply trying to get answers about my camper and the work that had been performed. I do not believe customers or any human being should be treated that way, ever. Overall, I am extremely unhappy with both the work performed and the way I was treated. The entire experience so far has caused me massive and continually growing amounts of additional expenses, stress, and frustration. Based on my experience, I could never recommend Cal's Auto Body and Collision Repair Shop for any type of work. I would highly recommend to pay extra and get a tow to Flagstaff or ANYWHERE ELSE.

After my refuel, a new person had some trouble completing my change return on Register 1. A fest, experienced employee swooped over from Register 2 after her teansactions were complete, applied her swift magic fingers to the screen. I had my change! We had a full tank, change to spare and 120 miles to drive south to Kachina Village, I-17. We were full from lunch, nobody tried the restroom. We.needed the surety of a full tank.

I would parouse around for knick knacks like stuff animals for my daughters. Nothing called out to me here. Staff was okay... you don't always get the happy go lucky ones at these stops. Anyway, this wasn't a Love's, Pilot, or Flying J and that's okay. When you need car gas, you take what you can get especially when you're traveling long distance on a road trip. Because they deal with on this daily basis. And most visitors just want to argue. The Navajo Nation is a domestic country with their own laws and regulations. Don't like it? you can visit the stores off the Navajo Nation, which is about 1-3 hours away in ever which way you are traveling. Speedway is owned by 7 eleven, so they gave slurpees here. They have an large fresh coffee section as well.
