But don't try to find another entrance to the lot - what appear to be side-entrances just lead back onto Wilkinson Boulevard. Yours truly spent a few minutes circling before finding the only way into the lot: squeezing between a low sidewalk and an overfilled dumpster. Once you are in there, it is nice enough. This is a crappy neighborhood so they don't have the really top-shelf brands, but a pair of hearty hellos make for a good substitute. The rum I had come for was on display up front, but after I grabbed a bottle I still wanted to peruse their selection. ABC employees never seem comfortable with the idea of me just looking around and a few offers of help seemed more concerned than genuinely kind.

They have both free and paid tastings. Keep an eye out for their free ones each day so you can sample a few of their featured wines, or the paid tastings that give you much more of a in depth background of wine. I love that they have a wonderful selection of all different priced wines so you find a great bottle at an affordable price. Each time I ask for help they are very friendly and I never feel silly asking basic questions. If you're buying for a specific person or a certain occasion make sure to ask for their recommendation and they won't disappoint.
