This store has an unreasonable return policy. A top was purchased for me by a friend in the wrong size. The store has a one week return policy, and during that week they were closed for holidays. They refused to take it back following the holiday, even though I could not return it since they were not open. For the record, I was not asking for a refund, just an even exchange of the same item in a smaller size. Indispensable stop for those who wish to dress modestly and prefer not to be victims of the fashion design industry's seemingly ceaseless sexual objectification of women. The availability of shells in lots of colors allows elegance to be preserved with contemporary necklines. Today's professional woman can get a shell wardrobe here which allows her to buy almost any dress off the rack without worrying about expensive alterations of the plunging necklines and sleeveless fashions so favored by today's designers. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because on the day I last shopped here, the girls who worked in the Lakewood store were not too helpful at making the distinctions between cotton and nylon, differing sleeve lengths, or finding things, but the products sold are great. I bought 8 shells and have worn them many times when I wish to be modestly dressed, but still wear current fashions. My 15-year old has gotten shells here too. We will be attending her cousin's wedding in October and got a lovely dress off the rack at Nordstrom, so Shell Station, here we come for a matching shell!! Wish you had a west coast branch. read more
