The owner and her staff are wonderful. I'm a shopper and a consigner. As a consigner the process is easy and the staff explains everything. They also have you sign a contract that explains the process. Which is very helpful. If you are looking for great deals on quality items this is the place to go. The store is very clean and organized. If you are looking to get rid of clothes that you no longer need or want then NU2U is the place to bring your items. I can't say enough how much I like to shop and consign at this store. Now Lori and her wonderful staff have opened a home goods consignment store. Which is right next door to the fashion store. Not worth the time n effort. She rejects everything. Then what she does take in, prices it so low u make nothing. After 45 days whatever doesn't sell u have to come back n find it on the selling floor yourself or she donates it. Was a waste of my time. read more

Just read this review from Louise W that only gave this place 3 stars. I've had great experiences there so I didn't understand only 3. If the employees are going behind me cleaning up then I would be mindful of the mess I'm making. This is one of the best consignment shops and they work hard to make it a lovely experience for everyone. Touching everything after you did is just basic merchandising. Facing helps you find things more easily and helps the sales person remember what you are interested in. It's good customer service. I love a place where you can spend only a few dollars but still get that kind of service. I'd like to give NU2U 7 stars! 5 from me and the 2 missing from Louise W! I'll be back! read more

Though this use to be my fav lil consign clothing store and everytime I shop here I spend a few hundred dollars. Today's experience was not a fun. Theres more staff than necessary I felt stalked every item I touched I was being followed and watched. I paid for 5 stickers for a dollar and they were returned to the mix of stickers. I then took 6 instead of 5. The woman counted them and made me feel very uncomfortable and spoken about. I left the store feeling uncomfortable and it was super peddy. if a customer paid for something it should be put in the customer's bag by the EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE STAFF. Rather it was returned to the stack, then I was made to feel uncomfortable about accidentally taking one extra sticker. IF I EVER COME BACK and have a negative experience again it will be my last visit. read more

Nu2U is a sustainability focused, trendy, consignment store. In the past year, they have sold over100 items for my family, my church , and myself. These sold items include new and used jewelry, shoes, and clothing of all types and sizes. I have also purchased many unique pieces of clothing and accessories for myself for a fraction of the cost. This store does not look like a typical consignment shop! The owner and staff arrange the items very artistically with attention to color, style, and all the details. Everyone who works there is extremely patient, friendly and professional. The staff works with us to insure the best results; namely selling the items speedily, and at a fair price. Wonderful women-owned business owned by the absolute loveliest women. I've been shopping here for a few months and they know me and my daughter by name. The best part is that they know my size and style so when they get new items in that I might be interested in, they make it a point to let me know. I can go into the store and talk to all of these beautiful ladies for an hour. Mama is just the sweetest and we adore her, especially Olive. I love this store! New items and like new/gently used clothes, bags, jewelry, accessories, etc. come in daily. Store is clean and organized and very easy to look through the different sections. Staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. They are very approachable and personable by getting to know their customers and learning their names (even suggesting items that they think are their style). They also do Facebook lives a few days a week to showcase new items and allow customers to claim/put them on hold. If you can't make it to the store for a few days after putting something on hold then you can pay on the phone and they will hold it for you. This is such a welcoming environment and I look forward to shopping in the store. I've purchased multiple items and watch the Facebook lives when I can. They are also very responsive and can call the store or contact via Facebook and reply quickly during business hours. This is a small business that I will continue to support! I have never consigned anything so this is just from a shopper's perspective but I have had nothing but great experiences! read more
