They are always very professional. If you want to try them out, call them for an appointment first. It is best to drop off your car and let them call you when it is ready. Because of covid, they attempt to be safe, and the customer lounge is not always available. In a day and age that everything cost more, and you still get less. I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly. I pulled up to the purchasing kiosk and tried to use my gift card that I received and it didn't work. I couldn't back out because there were cars behind me. Finally a gentleman came and helped me. The car wash was decent. This is an older car wash location so much of the equipment may be older. The real problem exists at the self serve vacuum area. They have 2 machines that you run your floor mats through. One doesn't work. The other works (turns on) but doesn't clean your floor mat. These look like old machines. I tried to run mine through a second time but the water wasn't even working. They came out dry. Several other car owners were trying to use it and couldn't get their mats to even go through the machine. As for the vacuums - there are about 6 bays on the right hand side. 3 of the six - the nozzles to the hose were either laying on the ground or when you went to use it the nozzle came off. As for the price - the prices are competitive but the end result is not. I wish I could have given a better review.
