I stopped here as a gas, snack,bathroom&go stop before vegas, and the restrooms were small with only 3 stalls with one closed because it was broke and the bathrooms were pretty gross. After using the restroom, the line for a cashier was to the door so I decided not to buy anything. The cashier was extremely friendly and courteous. However the lady cleaning the women's bathroom was taking her sweet time completing her job. I mean, I worked in service and have cleaned shitters before so I get that it's not the most desirable task in the world but when a customer asks you how long they may have to wait, you might want to be a bit nicer, especially if they have to piss or shit. Inappropriate way to communicate with the customer: Customer: How long until the bathroom is ready? Worker: Don't wait (rudely). Customer: You could be a little more courteous. Worker: Fuck you. What's better than finding a gas station when you're almost out of gas in the middle of nowhere? Yeah... Not much! But this Shell is great because it's not just your typical gas station, there's a little Food Mart inside with snacks and fresh fruit for the road. Somewhat like a 7-11 meets a Shell. I packed up with some extra water, got some Corn Nuts (a must!) and hit the road after filling up the tank. What a lifesaver... I didn't know when I'd see another station and not having ever been to Wickenburg, I didn't know there was going to be much of a town. Just a few miles ahead there's an adorable little downtown to explore, so don't get too full here but make sure to grab supplies while you fill 'er up! read more

Shell - Gas Stations Near Me - Wickenburg, Arizona

I use Shell gas usually, but will not go back to this station. They have hundreds of yellow jackets attracted to food refuse in the trashcans between the pumps, and don't seem to care. I was attacked while pumping gas and the lady on the other side of the pump was stung. Also some got inside our car and we had trouble getting them out. The clerk inside said "Yeah we know, it gets like that" and turned away. This is a public nuisance when unsuspecting travelers come to Wickenburg and are subjected to this treatment. read more

On my way to Kingman, I wanted a breakfast burrito at Filiberto's next door. Wanted something to drink besides a soda, since Shell and Filiberto's are right next to each other. They actually have a door you can have access to either place. This location is very clean, well air condition, very comfortable place. Their inventory is very large. Patrons Beware. My wife and I stopped at the Wickenburg Food Mart Tues night around 9:20 pm to refuel and use the restroom. Upon entering the store my wife discovered that the restrooms had just been cleaned and was told by one of the employees, named Jessica who seemed disgruntle and who became unruly later on, said that the restrooms would remain closed for another 30 minutes. What business with high patron traffic such as a gas station close its restrooms for 30 minutes after cleaning them. Might as well not have restrooms at all. As we frequently travel through Wickenburg and have stopped at this same store before my wife has repeatedly received basically the same unwelcomed reception. So, as a matter of principle the wife waited this time even through there were other nearby stations with restrooms. Another female patron stepped up and asked how long before the bathrooms were opened, and the same employee said 10 minutes. Wait, What!? 10 minutes does not equate to 30 minutes. At this point, my wife felt discriminated against possible because she is Hispanic, and the other female was causation and the employee's demeaner had changed from bullish to more contained behavior while speaking to each of them simultaneously. After 30 minutes, the wife entered the restroom passing the bathroom closed sign to go relieve herself. As my wife was in the stall the same employee attempted to enter said stall, while my wife was indecent and exposed demanding her to leave the restroom because the sign was still up. The wife stood her ground preventing the employee from entering. As my wife finished her business and while leaving the two had some more choice words. That's when the employee called the police claiming indecent exposure of a customer. Wait? Indecent while she was on the toilet? Is that what it took to get the police to respond? Really! Over going to the bathroom? police came, the two gave their statements and now both of us are banned from entering the Wickenburg Shell Food Mart. Wait a tic! how did I get banned when I had not entered the store and was waiting for my wife in the truck the whole time? So, is this how paying customers are treated these days? I realize and sympathize that maintaining a CLEAN gas station bathroom is difficult but there is no need to act unprofessional treating all patrons as though they go around trashing bathrooms on purpose. So, be warned if your passing through Wickenburg at night and need to stop you might want to avoid that gas station. Just Sayin! Bob C. read more

Do NOT stop here! WORST customer service ever. They have signs with clearly marked prices and photos then charge higher prices at the register. The manager, Christy Quintana, was rude and called me names when I asked why I was being charged something different from the advertised price on the sign. read more

We can not extend our gratitude enough to the employees of this store. We were on our way back(we live in Las Vegas) from Phoenix,Az.We purchased a car (online) at an auction there.To make a long story short the car broke down at this convenient store. The employees there let us keep our car there until we were able to come and get it(2 days later)they even kept an eye on it(made sleeping at night much easier!).
