I started coming here for Agility a few years ago during the pandemic and it has been awesome. I…read morecame from another facility and initially was quite nervous we wouldn't fit in as the initial application required a demonstration video but it was fine and more to make sure we were registered for the correct Agility skill level. During the pandemic they followed Public Health Orders and always ensured safety was maintained for dogs and trainers alike. My dog and I were made to feel very welcome and it has been really great training both privately and in group classes. The group class community is very positive and encouraging - people clap for each other, cheer each other on or even trade videos of each other's runs. We also laugh at the silly things our dogs do from time to time. The instructor I've been primarily working with is Elisha and she has an incredible sense of humour, is an encouraging coach and is quick to identify errors and recommend adjustments. All the dogs love her as she often has the best treats for the most challenging obstacles. They have a good registration system in place where if you already have a spot in the class then you have a reserved space for the next series. Private lessons are popular also. Staff are very communicative and kind with questions. Bonus is that their payment system is through a business version of PayPal so I feel my credit card information is safe. I'd highly recommend this place if you're thinking about taking your dog here for training.

My dog, Molly, and I have been training with Julia at DogWorks in Burnaby for about four months now…read moreand we are having a blast! Julia is an excellent instructor, she explains everything really well, is very patient (with dog and handler alike), and has excellent tips and tricks. Whenever we're stuck or have a problem, she always has a good solution. She is truly an expert and a pleasure to learn from. I can't believe how fast Molly is making progress! I look forward to continued classes and fun.

Bella is a lifesaver for me! I was looking 2 years to find this kind of warm hearten person and…read moreprofessional dog walker, sitter and a boarder . My small Shiba Inu dog - Mickey - just loves both of them - Bella and Justin. Mickey feels sad when he stays home. If I need any professional advice - Bella is the best "doctor" and the best friend - she knows everything about dogs. I do have a peace of mind knowing my dog is being well cared and loved when I am away. Thank you Bella for being such a fabulous and responsible person with our doggies

I initially started taking my dog Obi-Wags Kenobi to the Woofer Walker daycare for some…read moresocialization since he is an "only dog." He is anxious, and there were times he did not play appropriately with smaller dogs (he had too much energy, and he does not always recognize/respond to the other dog's body language of "please give me space." They gave me great feedback on how he was doing, but his trainer and I decided that daycare for my anxious dog would not let him be "his best self." I then transitioned him to their Woofer Walker Munchkin March pack walks, which is a much better fit for him. He gets to socialize with the other dogs in the pack walk, run himself silly, and sniff everything (animate and inanimate). Obi would walk over my dead body to get to Woofer Walker Judy! He is so excited when it is Woofer Walker day that he waits by the front door, staring at it until he hears the van pull up, and then loses his mind. Judy is very patient with his excitement. They let me know which days would be the best fit for him regarding the other dogs' personalities and play styles, so he goes every Tuesday and Thursday. They also post videos of some of the highlights of the walks and post pictures - it is the highlight of our evening to watch the videos! I've downloaded some of the images since they are great shots!
