As I was leaving the establishment I was followed out by four employees, one the owner Danielle Harrison, being harassed and obscenities being yelled at me. This place needs to either be shut down or it needs new management and new employees. People that actually care about the well-being of children and the concerns of the residents in the area. The staff is nice, welcoming, and treats you like family when you walk through the doors. With all of my kids, they assisted with potty training and basic manners. The teachers go out of their way to assist with your child's individual needs. The learning/teaching program is great!!! My children were able to learn their ABC's colors and shapes at a faster rate. Precious Moments works with parents to assist in children's growth with the many various programs they offer... My children look forward to going to daycare. Mrs. Anne is always willing to step aside and help where she can. Not to mention they are 5 stars rated... Precious Moments will be my daycare of choice until my kids graduate out daycare.

The staff does not follow guidance or doctor's notes pertaining to diet restrictions. Staff also does not do a great job of maintaining control of the classrooms as children are often fighting one another. PMECC refuses to help potty train children before the age of 2. They also have an issue with properly tracking their enrollment rates and those children who will have to move up into the next classroom due to their age, therefore children will have to remain in a classroom they should not be in due to lack of adequate and proper planning. The owner and director were notified via letter, as well as multiple face-to-face and phone conversations with my concerns as a parent for the safety and wellbeing of my child, yet NOTHING was done to correct the issues or problems. Working with children is something you should truly be passionate about and if you're not then you should find work in another area. I do NOT recommend this business for even a dog! Spare yourself the disappointment and save your money- your child deserves SO much better!
