I spoke with him several times, sent detailed pictures along with paint colors twice. The last time I spoke to him Saturday i told him that I would be home with movers to move in on Monday the 20th So I had to have the 2 rooms with heavy furniture ready. Monday when I showed up to my home that i had professionally cleaned a week prior (4 days before he had access to my home) I had to cry. Derick had access to my home for only5 days and not only was not 1 single room finished but there was paomt all over my dining room floor, splotches in the den, paint on my stove, counters and even inside my refrigerator! His equipment was spread throughout the house, an abandoned vehicle in my driveway, a bag of chicken bones & other food trash on my counters. Cigarette buts smashed out on the floor. My house had been winteruzed before my putchase & I told the cleaning company to not bother with the bathroom toilets because I am disabled and was replacing them. Someone, Derick said it wasn't him but he was the only person in the home after the cleaning company, had ripped the wrapping off the primary Bathroom toilet and used it but was unabe to flush it. Now here I am almost a week later and Dericj refuses to return any money and basically said it's my fault. I guess I am at fault for trusting a man at his word. Please do not trust this man's word or work?
