Gaffney Realty was unable to repair the house in any reasonable amount of time. They were unable to provide an alternate property they could move to. After staying in a hotel for 2 weeks while large amounts of there person property was stolen out of the unsecured, damaged house, my ex was forced to seek housing elsewhere. As in not through Gaffney Realty. That is when things got ugly. Despite the fact that the property is uninhabitable they kept her security deposit and demanded three months rent for breaking the lease. Breaking the lease on the house with no roof... I hope they enjoy the upcoming court date. IMO you should avoid these guys like the plague.
