She was also very nurturing and compassionate and she cared for me as if i were her only patient. But....the doctor who treated me went above and beyond in my opinion and he made me feel like a person and not just a patient. His name is Dr. Freimer and with the exception of a couple of other doctor's ive seen there, he is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! He was so attentive and compassionate. He took the time to actually listen to me and then did what he felt was best for my care while accepting my input. He was thorough and extremely kind and I am so thankful that he was the doctor who was there that day. He restored my faith in believing that great doctor's who actually listen AND give the appropriate individual care still exist. So THANK YOU DR. FREIMER for being exactly who you are! I pray that God blesses you tenfold for using your gift for the betterment of mankind.

He is genuine, he listens, he is calm, patient, and kind. On top of that he is extremely intelligent. He knows what he is doing and made me feel secure when delivering my child. The city of Longview is blessed to have him. I can't say enough good things about him. I truly wish all doctors were like Dr. Dozier.

If I could choose zero stars I would. I was seen by Dr. Ivey on Monday for a cold that has caused…read moresharp stabbing pains in my upper abdomen. Apparently they added a new express care clinic to this office so I had to wait in line 5 minutes just to get checked in. I waited an additional 30 minutes to be called back and then the dr only saw me for 5 minutes. She ordered a chest X-ray and said I had pneumonia. I had no symptoms of pneumonia except the chest pain. I'm no doctor but I can tell you that it was not pneumonia. She prescribed a Z-pack before even knowing what i had ( which by the way cnn had just released an article saying how deadly they can be and how they cause irregular heart rhythms). I got the X-ray done at 11:30am and was told by the dr that she would call me in the afternoon. I never heard back from her. When I got home from work that night I had to go to the er because the pain was so bad. They did the X-ray and told me that there was no way it could be pneumonia. I will never be going back to this doctors office. It was a waste of time and money only to be told it was something that I clearly didn't have. The doctors are overworked and rush their patients so they can get to the next patient.
