Always been a struggle to get speech in which our son needs. Second and the dealbreaker: don't lie about insurance covering expenses. If the insurance was covering it there would be no bill. Partial coverage partial bill ... easy. More to that if you did lie about the coverage and you see the bill amount piling up, perhaps you should let them know before they accrue 3 months worth... decent therapy appalling business practices. I feel as if you have taken advantage of a family in need. Considering the profession at hand, that's about the worst thing you could possibly do.

Had more help with the pain I was feeling after calling the Va medical center in 5 minutes than a 5 hour hospital stay and a full CT scan. Review your doctors please. Otherwise my primary care is an absolute gem and amazing. So not all bad. But 50/50 isn't a great track record so far.

They have a little tv with health news on it in the reception area. Receptionist got me signed in and all my paperwork done right away. When I went back, nurse was friendly, did the normal vitals, all pretty standard there. The doctor himself had great bedside manner. He listened and did not rush me in any way. He addressed every concern I had thoroughly. He even was on the same page as me about addressing what issues I could naturally. Most doctors I've been to in the past won't even have a discussion about natural options. He was very kind and understanding which I feel is important for me to trust a doctor. Very glad I found this office.

I've been going to the Family Health Center for a couple of years now and I missed a few…read moreappointments cause I only have one vehicle and my husband had a business emergency and he had to go to work I called them to let them know 3 hours ahead of time for my appointment that I couldn't make it the nurse was rude and unsympathetic didn't care about my situation I'm out of my medication and won't give me my refill cause the doctor won't see me anymore. I feel I was treated unprofessionally and now I have to go hunt down another doctor to get my medication I asked the nurse to give me at least one month worth of my blood pressure med till I found a doctor they flat out refused me...Beware of this office they will hold your medication hostage.
