They have Some kind of fraud or scam in place because I know for a fact that they were charging people cash saying they didn't take Medicare and they did. So basically they were double dipping so they had to refund one party either the insurance or the patient well obviously the patient who should've obviously slam them with some kind of fraud lawsuit or criminal case against that place. But they just shut her up by sending her a check for an entire years worth of appointments that she went to and had to pay cash for.

I would recommend this place to any pain patient. To the person that left a 1-star review, you don't suffer from chronic pain, or you would never refer to this place the way you did, don't blame these people for trying's to help you, blame the pharmacy that refused to. At 67 yrs. old, I have spent 50 yrs. of my life in pain from a car running directly into my back, & after a failed back surgery, the next 18 yrs. in constant chronic pain, later at John Hopkins I was told the truth, that my promise of relief from the surgeon, had only a 65% success rate, I was lied to & I would be on pain meds for the rest of my life. Think about your statement, you may want to retract it, because someday if, God forbid, you truly suffer from pain so agonizing, that there is no quality of life left, you may pray you had a place like this to help you. I was referred out from my previous Dr due to my case being too complex. Dr Litt immediately put me on stronger medication claiming he was hesitant due to me being young, yet never tried to offer alternative options or remedy the relief with something less harmful to try and get me off. His staff lied about sending the correct information to my insurance for a prior authorization and I had to go in and obtain all the documents myself and figure out a way to fax them to my insurance to then finally get approved, after they said they could not help me anymore. I did not feel listened too in follow-ups, any new pain or issues were brushed by and all that was done were refills. The communication was lacking greatly, they even refused to answer my insurance companies calls and messages for 2 months about an insurance claim they are legally required to provide information for. My last visit, office staff Amy R became extremely rude with me and insisted I was wrong about something that i was correct about. The next day they called to discharge me (the whole staff whispering and laughing in the background). Yet they were unable to provide any reasons why though... I already had a place that offered to take over for me thankfully as I knew this facility never had my best interest in mind. This office is the reason patients lose hope in finding actual help, they are part of the problem.
