Since my husband always gets knots in his shoulders from working at the computer all day, it's always challenging for him to find a masseuse who knows the tough spots. He said this masseuse had such a good technique, and he was being stretched in ways that he didn't even understand why it felt so relieving. I also got a foot reflexology massage. Afterwards, I found so much more circulation in my feet. It was a perfect way to wrap up a vacation with a ton of walking! Booking is easy. I regularly get massages back home, but oh boy! After my massage with JuanJo my expectations are even higher. Easy to book, professionals, clean facilities and incredibly reasonable pricing. We booked a couples massage and it was such a healing experience for my husband who has a spine injury. I had never done a mat massage, and was skeptical, but it only allowed JuanJo to stretch me in ways I didn't know I could be stretched, which elevated the whole experience. One of the best full body massages I've ever had. Pedro is absolutely one of the best and is more like a healer than a masseuse and I've never use the word healer before in a serious way- he's just that good! I had never used the mat on the floor for a massage before but now I prefer it because he does stretch you out thoroughly throughout the massage and you can see how it's much easier on a floor mat than a typical massage table. Though he does have a traditional table available in a separate room if you prefer that. As for cleanliness - it's a huge deal for me and especially in massage businesses - his office is so clean and fresh smelling, with plenty of open space so it doesn't feel cramped either. Pedro is very attentive and checks in periodically to make sure the pressure is okay and you're comfortable. Truly a professional high end type of massage. Highly recommend. This was my second experience shiatsu session with Pedro, the first one was eight years ago. This time, I saw Pedro in a new studio, which is near the Alameda and about five minutes from the Giralda. The environment was really nice, extremely tranquil and the room itself was very open and comfortable and relaxing. The session started with some questions and it was a nice way to feel prepared for the treatment, Pedro has a really nice and easy manner, his interactions do not feel intrusive at all and he is clearly deeply humane and empathetic. It was exactly as I had remembered from the first time and that's why I didn't hesitate to seek another session with him when back in town. I was 100% relaxed for the entire duration of the session, both body and mind, and I left there feeling refreshed and ready for the evening ahead in the wonderful city of Seville!
