The building is large with an open feel and everything looked fresh and new with a relaxing color palette. The lady at the front desk was unfriendly and gave me a bad first impression. My aesthetician was Tracy and I really liked her. She had such a warm and friendly personality and was very easy to talk to. The waxing room was spacious and the bed I laid on was heated. For the first time ever, the waxing did not hurt! Tracy said she preferred to use hard wax on the delicate underarm skin because it is gentler and she was right- I barely felt any pain. She used regular wax on my legs, but still- it wasn't half as painful as at other salons. Another plus is that the half leg wax included the knee. Most places don't do this. I was very impressed with the job she did and will definitely be back to see her.

I reassured my mom that it would be okay because they had promised to treat any remaining spots at the follow‑up. But when she went to her follow‑up appointment today, they suddenly changed the story. They told her that treating both cheeks was not included, and that the follow‑up only covered one small freckle on each side. They then tried to sell her another full treatment for the cheeks--after the first one didn't work in the first place. When I reminded the esthetician that she had said "one and done," she backtracked and claimed that "one and done" sometimes means up to three treatments--something she never mentioned before taking my mom's money. This feels like a scam. They expect my mom to keep paying thousands of dollars for treatments that didn't deliver the results they promised. Quality treatments are worth the price when they actually work, but this place did not deliver what they sold us. Don't waste your money here. We regret trusting them.

I really just wanted a touch up and made that clear when booking, but there wasn't ANY discussing of my needs or of my wants with the doc. I could have gotten just 10 cc's and been perfect. There wasn't even an option to talk about this, he just loaded up the syringe and plunged the needle in. I would say I wasn't even back in the room for a total of 5 minutes. He followed me out, barked the amount to charge me and she swiped my card. I'm not even sure there was a thank you for your business. After I forked over my hard earned cash, I turn to the front door to see the doc leaving (parked right in front of the business). I won't be back, even if it is a good deal. The professionalism ended at the scrubs and white coat when I wasn't even treated like a valued business guest. The fact I was never even counseled on how much to receive or my wishes really bothers me and the fact it was so rushed (when there was no other patients in the building) leaves much to be desired.
