i have used CareLink Nursing twice for short term in-home care following surgery. The nurses and…read moretherapists have been excellent both times - caring knowledgeable, helpful. But I unfortunately cannot say the same for their administrative and billing. Disorganized and sloppy, and worst of all, cost me money. I would advise everyone to keep their own records of all visits and conversations and discharge dates. Much better than spending hours on the phone afterwards, trying to sort things out with your insurance company.

If there was an issue with a caregiver, and I asked for a change, they would change the person out almost immediately, and replace the caregiver with someone who would be a better fit for my parent. The caregivers were amazing in that they worked as a team, and helped my mother at every turn. Also, they would take her out to the park, shopping, doctors appointments etc. My family deeply appreciates this branch of Visiting Angels, and the amazing care they provided for my mother.
