Low and behold, another $3k later in charges after my final hearing. Now, the guardianship case was successful but $8k later? The lack of communication after hiring a lawyer for that much money was insane. Almost no help or guidance was provided from the office during the process. This is all new to anyone going through this process for the first time and it would be nice for your own lawyer to show you the ropes. Not even close. They're email communication was horrible.
