Not good. I recommend staying at a smaller hotel down the street. With this being the most expensive in the area. First I was given a room that was still occupied. The hotel is under remodeling right now, so it's like a maze in the lobby area, loud tools at work, only some elevators working, the sauna was broken, the workout room has no shades on the floor to ceiling windows, so the sun glares in right on your face, because all the equipment is facing the window, and it makes it 90 degrees in there. However, the gym is open 24 hours, so you can wait until it gets dark. I had a spa manicure and pedicure booked for when I arrived. The utencils in the room were dirty, the rooms were not very nice, and they had a total of about 6 different colors of nail polish to choose from. She did the worst manicure I've ever seen. For being a spa in one of the fashion capitals of the world, that seems strange. I had to fix it in the room after Splurged 80$ for mani pedi. I ordered room service, but had to go to the front desk because no one would answer when I dialed for service. They only brought 1/2 my meal and forgot the other 1/2, so again I had to call for service. I called them after I had my food and asked if they could please remove the tray while I was gone, as they request you to do so. I came back 8 hours later and the food tray was still in my room, and stunk my room up, I called AGAIN and had to remove it myself!! Oh and cleaning/ maid service never even entered my room for cleaning. I feel like everything is just 1/2 ass in this hotel. I wouldn't stay here again for free. Hotel reception was pleasant though, and it is conveniently attached to airport. read more
