I haven't been seen by Doctor Diane but I have seen by PA Stacey a handful of times and I ended up seeking Hormone Replacement Therapy elsewhere because I wasn't getting it here. Every time I've expressed a concern, it is met with: 'Sign up for our weight loss classes!' or: 'Schedule some sessions with these med-spa machines!' I'm in my 40's, and I'm not an idiot. I know how to lose weight, but my hormones are diminishing and *that* is why calories in / calories out is not working. 'Move more, eat less' doesn't work after Perimenopause sets in. I don't need expensive med-spa machines to vibrate and contract my muscles for me, and I don't need Dieting 101 classes to tell me how to eat and exercise. I *need* these diminished hormones to be replaced so that my body can function optimally. I don't know how this office can be considered a 'menopause specialist' facility if they refuse to provide HRT for patients who are clearly experiencing hardcore Perimenopause and are lacking in progesterone, estrogen & testosterone.

First off any PSR that actually does their job knows that your supposed to be verifying insurance upon every appt. Secondly they shut their phones down after 2. At times I've attempted to call after 12 and the phone has been manually turned off with a message saying that they are no longer taking calls. But they're there in the office supposedly until 4. What kind of make shift operation is this office running? I'm not even a new patient and they totally screwed up. They scheduled me for surgery with Dr Sutter on February 14. They tell me to go and get pre surgical testing and Clearence thru my primary. Then they call me and say no we'll try for February 21. So I go and get all this testing done. I do all this running around. Get picked with needles only for this office to call me late in the afternoon the day of my surgical pre testing after I already did everything to tell me that Dr Sutter isn't credentialed with my insurance. WHAT? You got to be kidding me. Oh my God. Who in their right mind does that to a patient that needs surgery? Please go elsewhere. Save yourself the aggravation and extremely poor excuses for the lack of a better word lack of professionalism and ethical integrity.. They have a zillion of excuses why they operate this office the way they do none of which that are beneficial to their patients. And just for the record I have 20 years as a PSR. Verifying a patients insurance is the first thing you do. And any PSR that's does his or her job well knows to check it every time and they copy the card

He was the doctor of my choice for having my daughter and I could not have had a more smooth labor. He holds nothing back he tells you how it is. I was having problems in the womans department for one year he was not practising at that time I will not name any other physicians name but during Dr. Nadel's absence I had to see another doctor and during this time what I went through was horrible I had minor operations. Once back seeing Dr. Nadel he told me they were all a waste of time. Last December I had some major issues again I called to his office and spoke with Stella his receptionist and I asked her is Dr. Nadel back doing surgeries again she said yes I explained my issue to her she got me right in. As soon as I seen him he had my surgery booked within two weeks he wanted to do it sooner but i asked to get over Christmas with my kids first he agreed but would not let me wait much longer after that my surgery was booked for December 28th, 2011 I went in he did what he had to do. Told me everything he did during the surgery. He also told me he did not think i had anything to worry about with it being Cancer, he said he would be shocked if it came back as that. I waiting for the results and he was so right It was not Cancer. I would not have trusted any other doctor but him to do what I had done. He is honest, straight froward with you tells you as it is, gives you the options and leaves it up to you. There are not too many doctors around that are honest and really do care about their patients. Dr. Nadel I strongly mean this you are the best doctor I know and thank god for you. I am more than sure you saved my life.

I am very grateful for the compassionate staff who were patient and willing to help me understand my options. In and out time was very quick, despite me not calling for an appointment prior, and being indecisive. No judgement or negativity whatsoever. You are in good hands here.

We were lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Glass. At Create, unlike most of the other clinics, you see your doctor at each visit. This built a relationship with Dr. Glass. She knew us, and our medical profiles, very well. This enabled Dr. Glass could provide us options and recommendations based on our unique variables and preferences. We felt less like a number/patient and more like a partner. This was especially helpful during our failed attempts, as Dr. Glass could always offer her insights that ultimately brought us to a successful pregnancy. At Create your doctor does all your procedures, including retrievals, embryo transfers and any interventions required. When I started my fertility journey I didn't realize how important this would be to quality of care. At the other clinics, procedures are handled by whichever doctor happens to be on call that day. Although I can see why that works for the clinic operations and training, we found it made the procedures more painful and less successful. Create valued our goals over their operations. Dr. Glass's extensive experience made the biggest difference in our outcome. Most of the doctors at Create have 20 years experience, and are involved in research and development of the fertility industry. We participated in studies using AI and relaxation techniques. It felt positive to be able to contribute to their research for future patients. Dr. Glass' administrator, Michelle, and the team of administrators were very supportive and felt personally invested in our health. They made sure we got the care we needed in a timely manner. They always made time for us, especially in times of loss. The nurses and lab technicians were worked as a team to make sure we had all the information we needed. The Create facility has onsite ultrasounds and blood work and dedicated labs on-site. Each technician conducted themselves with care and empathy. The nurses carried on this empathy with patience. This built trust in our greater team. When I graduated from Create at 12 weeks pregnant we were congratulated with hugs, and the team encouraged me to bring our baby for a visit once she was born. I really felt like they cared.

She is thorough and knows you in and out. Her knowledge and attention to details for each patient is spectacular. She helped me throughout my fertility journey not just following some standard protocols but what as an individual my body is responding to. She was always responsive and called me outside work hours to address my concerns. She kept me motived and got me to being pregnant with a healthy baby. I love Dr. Glass. Her staff Michelle is a very kind hearted, empathetic and very prompt Admin, she will get your work done in no time and she is very responsive and respectful. It makes a huge difference.

All of the providers are amazing, I've seen them all at this point, and everyone is super friendly, informative, and generally accommodating to any request. Big Shout out to Dr. Lammers, Dr. Hunse, Dr. Tariq, and Dr. Thomas. The nurse practitioner Alison is always great to ask questions to, call on the phone, or have a Non Stress test with. She is so friendly and honest about all of your questions. The wait is never long, the front desk staff is friendly, and I can't wait to return to this practice after birth for my regular GYN visits. This has been the best experience!
