I've been here since they opened so about 2-3 years now so I was the first one to live in my unit. They've always been responsive to my needs or any maintenance requests I've had in the past. A huge plus is that it is VERY kid friendly and my 7 year old son has made a ton of good friends over the years and they all play together everyday with knowing this is a safe place for the kids to run and play with of course some boundaries. But I'd totally recommend, and won't be leaving until I'm into a house. Also, another bonus is that I LOVE going on walks, and the creek turnpike trail is right in front of the apartment complex making it super easy. The space is tight, but I make it work. Submitting a maintenance request is easy (and online, so I don't have to talk to anyone). The maintenance team is always prompt and they do their best to fix and improve any concerns I have (shout out to Tony!!). Example: I had (non-toxic) mold in one of the cabinets so they brought a professional out to test the air quality and then built me new cabinets the next day. All of the staff is great and they actively try to make things better for their tenants instead of slapping a bandaid on it or making a cheap fix. Pest control takes things seriously as well. Bugs will sometimes get in, especially in the winter, but after I submit a request they come and spray my place within a day or two. There are real, traditional, working fireplaces in all the units (as far as I know) which are cool, but I'm not brave enough to start a fire. It's good to know I have the option if the heat goes out or something, though! I've moved at least 17 times during my life (I lost count after 12) and I've lived in several apartment complexes, and this is one of the best. Everyone is so kind and professional! I do wish we had some sort of get togethers so I could meet and mingle with my neighbors. I think they had them pre-covid but I'm not sure. The location is great too. It's quiet and close to plenty of stores and restaurants, and there's a Walgreens less than a minute away. It's open 24/7 so if I randomly need something, I can get it easily. Two Walmarts are within a ten minute drive, and St. Francis hospital is just up the road. I do think the apartment is a bit overpriced, but real estate is expensive everywhere in Tulsa/Broken Arrow and I was looking for safety and a good location close to work and my parents, and Courtyards provides that. My only real complaint is that they removed some dumpsters a few weeks after I moved in. Instead of several small dumpsters, we now have two or three large ones. I usually have to drive my trash over, particularly when it's too hot or cold. That's not a big deal, though. Overall, this is a great place to live, and I'd highly recommend this complex.

I have been living at Barrington Apartments for almost 2 years now. It's a big apartment complex…read morewith some good features including a nice office with 2 swimming pools. The pools are closed on days where I wanted to go for a swim or days I have time to swim. The deep pool seems to be closed all the time while the kiddy pool is open most often, really frustrating. Barrington hosts different parties throughout the year, sometimes with a food vendor being there to provide delicious food. My favorite is the pool party. The apartments themselves are nice with spacious rooms, depending on which option you get. Upper level apartments are a nightmare during the summer heat. The thermostat does not get down to 70 degree Fahrenheit until past midnight. Their AC system is not equipped to withstand the summer heat. Ground level apartments are better overall. The worst part is even with the crappy AC system, the electric bill is $200 a month for a large 1 bedroom, which is ridiculous for paying that much and not even comfortable. I have told management several times but nothing can be done. Now it just write "Your AC sucks" on the resident portal whenever I get my electric bill. One other problem was ants infestation but they got an exterminator to come and exterminated them. So that problem was addressed. Besides some issues, no safety concerns whatsoever and the surrounding neighborhood seems nice. Came home at 6:30 PM after a long day of work and the thermostat in the apartment was 85 degrees. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. I would give them a zero star if I could. I would not recommend anyone to live here unless you like to live in an oven. I have been way lenient already. I would like for the staffs to live here to feel what I am currently feeling. Update: They were able to come in and fix the issue but I feel like they didn't take the original complaint seriously. It took them the second time before they get a exterminator to exterminate ants in the apartment. They didn't take the first complaint about the AC problem seriously either and didn't do anything about it. They should refund about $200 a month for electricity for a single room apartment.

Sometimes I just have to leave it for a day or two to get it all in if I have to park further from the stairs. I really need help please. I dont go out for days because of the parking. If I fall out there and I have once I have a very hard time right now even getting up. All this will pass they say but for awhile I need help. Also if you are going to let kids move in there's places 2 yr Olds need to be on ground level I have one above me who runs around all morning and some in the afternoon. They have no place here to go play outside Why??? If you let them live here give them a place to go out instead of parking lot. American Residential Group- the owner and property management company have no interest in your satisfaction as a tenet. From my experience complaints are given lip service and when I made my complaints to ARG Owners as a result Senior Vice President of Property Management, answered by sending a non renewal of lease to me. It was fine with me as I was already packing my bags. There was no way that paying over $1,600.00 per month for a badly constructed so called "luxury" apartment was going to continue. Here is why Almost EVERY Saturday and Sunday- Glass bottles of alcohol, loud music and drunk people, take over the pool courtyard. Residents and their many friends play football running at the pool, increase the volume of the music as the party does on. None of this was ever handled promptly, let alone courteously. ARG Vice President has responded to me in writing that The Metro at Brady and Tribune Lofts has a Courtesy Patrol to support residents, unfortunately Courtesy Patrol is not courteous, they hang up after telling residents they are not on duty and to take it up with the Property Manager.. Hmm, Property Manager tells me to call Courtesy Patrol and Courtesy Patrol tells me to call Property Manager. Enjoying my luxury apartment home in a peaceful manner was not possible on any given Summer weekend. The pool is gross, trash from tenants parties regularly floats in or sinks to the bottom of the pool. Algae grows on tiles and in the skimmer. The pool area is dirty debris on ground, spills are never cleaned off concrete so there are stains, tiles on fire pit fall off daily,lounge cushions never cleaned, the furniture is not comfortable, the grill is disgusting and outdoor sink is not useable. Amenities residents pay for but are not provided in a useable manner. Trash is overflowing from the dumpsters. Management does not assure pet waste bins are emptied, causing health and safety concerns for residents and their pets. In fact even though I am no longer a resident you can choose my name on the door kiosk and I can buzz them in from my new home across town. Don't be fooled into thinking you are secure in the locked key card access building, you are not. I do not recommend living at this property. My opinion is this company is not developing properties to accommodate their residents, they are simply interested in making huge profits while acting like they are giving back to the communities they receive huge tax breaks from. Living downtown is great, just don't choose American Residential Group property like the Metro at Brady and Tribune Lofts. Many more options are available downtown.
