She was unable to schedule her test with B&B, because the only way to schedule is by calling, which went straight to a recorded message with no option of leaving a voicemail. She called Precision and was quickly able to get a test scheduled. The examiner was friendly and went over the important parts of the test before beginning. She never felt confused or intimidated.
