The movements were made fun and I will tell you- easy to remeber with her way of teaching. A win for me. The next morning we did them all , and I remembered every move in her order ... what a good teacher .. a very kind lady and I will come back every time I come to town - to visit.: check her class schedule - you will like it: The facility is huge , clean , and the staff is very very nice ... The pool area is huge - a lazy river type set up on one aode and a huge lap pool on the right .:: A big field outback for the kids and a green house .. a win all around . The gym- clean - lots of machines- free weights and a kettlebells - weighted balls - and guess what- they were all put back where they are supposed to be - wow. A win. A very organized place. There is a kids area to play downstairs - and a pool table with a game room - video interactive games for kids .. What a wondeful surprise - a really good family oriented place - I am very very impressed and will be back... a very happy place to be... a great impression they made on me and very reasonable fees .

The instructors are nice, patient, and very personable. They not only teach swim lessons to kids who are just learning to swim, they teach anybody of ALL ages who need to learn how to swim or simply improve their swimming technique. I've seen toddlers, swim teamers, adult masters swimmers, individuals living with special needs, and even elderly people here and they all have a wonderful experience. I always recommend the Hamm Swim School to anybody who is seeking swim lessons molded for the individual.

They have an awesome pool with classes or open swim. And I've noticed every September they drain the pool and get a good cleaning. The towel service when you check in is so nice you honestly take it for granted. They have really new equipment for cardio machines so smooth on my joints as opposed to other gyms where you can definitely feel I did 30 minutes of cardio. Here I can be on it for an hour and no pain on my joints. They offer a variety of different cardio classes and you can walk outside on the trails. BUT I did notice it was extremely hot in the cardio area even with the fan on! I think the hardest for me is trying to find a parking spot if you come at peak times you literally have to wait there's nowhere to park. This aquatic center really struggles in various ways. In 2 different summer seasons, we've had…read morenearly half of our kid's lessons cancelled for one reason or another. Some have been from air quality issues (smoke), but others have been cancelled due to poop in the pool (multiple times) and PH levels (multiple times). The communication on these cancelled days were awful as well. We either didn't receive any notification before arriving or calls about 5 mins before their sessions. I realize that some of this is out of their control, but there are plenty of things that they should be better at. We will never plan any more swimming lessons with Comstock.
