I had already researched the best price and knew what I would likely pay for a speed queen. To my surprise, the price at WA was far better than anything else I had found on line or anywhere else. Tack on free delivery and I saves at least $180 as compared to Best Buy. Delivery was great too. On time and right where I wanted it. This store is amazing and local. The people know their products, stand behind them and are very customer focused. If you need any appliances, I urge you to give Watertown Appliance a chance before just running to big box. This summer of 2025, Heller Gas put a sub station in on Beartown Road and an account manager left a card for me to call about becoming a customer. The deal was very good and I switched to Heller. They contacted Glider for me and arranged to have the 500 gallon Glider tank picked up. I received an end statement from Glider, in which they detailed that I had a credit of $753 from the propane left in the tank. BUT, they charged me a disconnect fee of $125, AND a restocking fee for the tank of $145. $270 because I left Glider and went to Heller! I will NOT go back to Glider, even if they come up with a better deal next year, or the year after. Talk about leaving a good customer on bad terms!

It's literally a petting zoo, they have baby-everything-you-can-think-of from mice to ducklings to everything in between. Ok, well maybe not an actual petting zoo as they offer a variety of things. The outside looks like only farming and planting equipment, but they really do offer more than that such as standard household essentials and pet food. The store owners and employees were very friendly, we couldn't walk more than 10 steps without asking if we needed anything. One of the owners saw how enthused I was with the baby chicks that he brought over his 6-month-old pug, Percy, introducing us and letting me give all the lovings in the world. We ended up leaving with a tie-out cable for one of our dogs. The only thing is that I wish they didn't only sell dog treats from China. We couldn't find any American products in that department.
