He had his staff run her down on Christmas Eve and then he had his staff to arrange a dinner so he could talk about how he can get more customers like her. I went ahead and joined the dinner and the conversation seemed non productive. So when he asked how i got this number I explained he had provided to her or how else would it be in her phone. No surprise, he was fired. He continued to bill and refused to accept that he had been fired. Craig yelled and had an altercation with us in the court. He showed a lack of control and his display of aggressive anger further aggregated my wife in her medical condition. His billing methods are questionable ie. "thinking about case xyz. Which we noticed on his billing. Since we were under a retainer it doesn't seem like anything but revenge billing as we got a 5k+ bill so we can add Predatory / revenge billing to the list of cons. :( With the personal number provided to my wife and I was scolded when calling it. To yelling at me and my wife who had a recently had a stroke. I will leave you to decide if these are qualities you need to see in a person providing representation to you in a court of law. We reconciled the case for less than 3k with a new attorney in just a few months.
