The lady was nice at first and told me that it would be 40$, also that it was by appointment only and no walk-ins. I told her that was fine and they had a couch and it was cool in there so I asked if me, my husband, and my one year old son could sit in there for like 2 mins just to cool off before walking home. Her response was "no hun there is a restaurant down the road." Which was just rude. I had my baby and my face was absolutely blood red. I'm not saying everyone there is bad! Just this older lady was! I went into my appointment with pictures of what I wanted, so there were no misunderstandings. Both with the color AND the cut I wanted her to do. Needless to say, I did not get what I paid for. I had completely let my hair grow out, so I could start over with a my highlight. For that reason, it was especially important to me that it was done right; since it took so long to grow out. Neither my cut or highlight were what I wanted. After all the time I spent in the chair, I was disappointed to say the least. Secondly, it needs to be said that my experience was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Tabbie brought her 5 yr. old daughter with her because she shared that it was so expensive to get a babysitter. As much as I love kids, I didn't expect to babysit HER child, during my appointment. That kid talked and/or was within inches of my face for 95 percent of the time. Point: I wouldn't have minded if she was there and/or play quietly in the corner. Additionally, when Tabbie was cutting my hair, she started digging through her purse to find the "product " to use in my hair. Really? Did you bring something from home so you could do your job? In summary, I feel like I paid top dollar to have my hair highlighted and cut. Not only did I not get what I wanted, but I was very disappointed with the final result. To be totally fair, my stylist did ask me if I was happy I reluctantly told her yes, just to get the heck outta there . I WAS SO OVER IT AT THIS POINT. I double confirmed because this was the last day of my vacation and I wanted to get my hair done before I went back to work as scheduling any personal appointments is very hard around my work schedule. Arrived on the day and time. There was one stylist in the building, the manager, working on a gentleman's hair, and I explained to her that I had an appointment at noon. She looked at her computer and said she did not. After much back and forth with her demanding to know when I called and taking 0 accountability for their mistake and her continuously mentioning that "she was the only one there and could not help me" I flipped out a little and expressed my frustration. This was the last day and last opportunity I had to get this done. If I had known you and your staff were incompetent at scheduling and being communicative with each other and your clients, I would have scheduled somewhere else on my vacation so that I could have gotten this done during the time I was able to get it done. Do better. Don't go here if you're looking to get literally any service done because you and your time will not be respected unless, maybe, you're a random walk in. The manager had 0 sympathy for me and I could tell she was absolutely not going to follow up with her staff about this issue. I guarantee she cut people from the day to save payroll and cancelled their appointments without any communication to any clients. Attached is the photo of when I made my appointment. The prices are reasonable, and the stylists are thorough. They don't try to force products on you, but will make good recommendations for products that will work for you. They're pretty flexible with timing as well, which is nice. I've even had stylists go above and beyond and stay late just to make sure I left looking good. I'm glad to be a regular here, and I recommend them if you're in the area and need a cut, color, or style.

Spent over $100 plus tip and my toes need done again and it hasn't even been 2 weeks. Like literally I run the pad of my fingers over my cuticles and I can feel it catch on the pads of my fingers. I also have hang nails now because when she was cutting cuticle she also cut around my nails. - The polish was old and gunky so every nail was lumpy and/or had dustish stuff in the polish. So ... unclean. - No warm towels or really anything that really give that spa experience. Just a big no. I won't be going back. Sad.
