Then told had to fax a statement. Had no access to a fax machine as it was a holiday weekend at an rv resort. Asked if I couldn't take a screenshot of statement and text it. Was told no- I had to fax. Then had to evacuate Florida due to hurricane Irma. Last thing I want to deal with right now is the challenges put in place to delay someone from from cancelling a tanning salon membership. But alas here I am for the "in person" cancellation so a business can make an extra buck. No genuine empathy at all. Was told "it's in the contract". I'm sure it is- but it's a bad policy. It may be legal but it is NOT customer friendly. Two very different things. Also told hopefully insurance will just cover any lost possessions such as car left in Florida- yeah thanks. Also told I still had a few days left to tan if I want- yeah no thanks. Very poor/greedy business model. Will never use these people ever again.
