We found our dream home knowing it was a flip BUT Sherry Bourque KNEW it was back on the market for failing inspections. She also deposited the check she was supposed to hold on to and it was "overnighted" 2 days ago. The house was lip stick on a pig and she knew it as well as the owners. We sold our first home in Summer 2020 and bought a new home in Winter 2020, both with Sherry, and we could not be happier with both experiences. Selling our first home, we were new and uneducated on the experience - Sherry guided us through the whole process and was there for every little question we had. Our home was listed and sold over one weekend. We took some time before buying again as we wanted to find the perfect home for us. Sherry was patient and not once did she push a home on us. She knew what we wanted, and didn't let us settle. When it came to buying our current home, we unfortunately did run into some issues with the seller during closing to which Sherry handled every last problem professionally and quickly. The sellers left a junk in almost every room of the house during our walkthrough and Sherry had a junk company in within 24 hours. Once the junk was gone and we could all see the filth that was underneath, Sherry had her cleaning service in right away. On top of Sherry being amazing, her assistant Kelly was just as great. The few times Sherry couldn't make a showing or open house, Kelly was able to step in and was just as helpful and knowledgeable. They were both there for us during the final walkthroughs and buying process. Lastly, selling and buying during a pandemic was stressful - both Sherry and Kelly always showed up with masks, sanitizers, and respected everyone's personal space. They made private showings for us whenever possible to ensure we were not rushed through an open house with a line out the front yard. (Not to mention they are both a lot of fun!)
