We wanted a contingency with the offer we got on our home that we needed to find a house to move to first, and for some reason it was taken out of the deal, and she never followed through with it. We had a very hard time trying to find a house for ourselves with the crazy market and the buyer needed to move into our house. We had a horrible experience, and felt so rushed trying to find a home. They make promises that "they know of houses before they even come on the market" and we didn't see that AT ALL. So, we ended up having to move out of our house, lease an apartment, spend extra money moving into it and storing all of our belongings in a storage unit until we could find a new home, with 2 children. They didn't listen to anything that we talked about from the very beginning, all they wanted to do was make the commission off our house. We fired her and Danny and got a new realtor(Nick Turmel) that was wonderful. The experience we had with him was totally different, he cared about helping us and finding us what we were looking for. Now we have a beautiful home for both our kids. If you're looking for someone to sell your home with a contingency to find another home that's suitable for you to move into, I would not recommend them at all. They truly let us down, we really trusted them, maybe that was our mistake. It was probably the most stressful experience as a family we have had. Spending extra money we should have never had to do in the first place.

Carol repeatedly pushed me to reduce my price in order to get a quick commission. It was clear she had no real interest in selling my place or even getting an offer close to the asking price. So I fired her and got three offers and $15K more than asking in less than two weeks after relisting with a competitor. Talentless and lazy... look elsewhere.
