Had a disappointing experience at the Woodhaven Sherwin Williams today. I am a homeowner not a…read morecontractor and I was purchasing interior semi-gloss paint for a small project. I had selected my color and asked for a half gallon of semi-gloss. I was told they don't sell half gallons, only quarts and gallons. I asked for two quarts and the young man informed that two quarts would likely cost more than a gallon. I didn't need a gallon. I asked for a quart of my color and was informed that they don't have quarts of semi gloss in their Super Paint product and I would have to move up to Duration at a higher cost. I asked for the cost of gallons and was given the wrong price for the gallon based on information on their website. The price was corrected to the website, I ended up with a gallon since I had already started my project and wanted to continue. This was an experience that I will not repeat again- we vote with our wallets right? I have three more rooms to paint this summer and will be looking elsewhere.

They don't try to upsell you nor trick you into buying things you don't need. Emailed the president of PC Richards and they responded immediately. @JoaneCalvo contacted me by phone and has assigned full credit for the non functioning refrigerator and we will go to the store and select a new one of our choosing, including free delivery and installation. (And removal of the old one as well ...I hope! ) Hopefullly they will provide this type of service to all who experience such a problem. Appreciate the P.C. Richard & Son response and appreciate friends and family input and offers for a temporary refrigerator space and assistance as well! Upgraded to 4* because this type of intervention should not be necessary. We have been longstanding customers and they should provide appropriate customer service.

The sales guy was nice, and i like the dishwasher, but I've been trying to get my 8-month-old,…read more$1,500 Bosch dishwasher serviced for over a month. It stopped 1/2 way through a cycle, and had no power. We turned off the breaker, let it sit for an hour, turned the breaker back on, but there was no sign of life. The power was working, because it goes to my stove and the clock continued working - note that it's a gas oven, it only powers the controls. A Bosch repairman came 10 days later. He pulled it out from under the counter, and it was sparking. He said the PCR installer had cut the power cord to tie it to the power wire from the breaker, using wire nuts and electrical tape, instead of following the instructions and using the proper cable from Bosch. It probably damaged a circuit board and may have voided the warranty. He wouldn't touch it. Said it was against code. It's been 4 weeks since then and I've called service 4 times, each time being told the installation team would call me back, but nothing. Just nothing. I emailed the sales person, he asked me for a copy of the invoice (he was out), and he would get it done. That was a week ago. I sent him a follow-up, but haven't received a response. I'm to the point of giving up and taking it back to the store, and asking for a refund. I know they'll never let that happen, so guess I'll have to file a complaint with the BBB, and then take them to court. They created a fire hazard, they refuse to take responsibility, and now I've had the dishwasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen for a month. As Joe Pesci once kind of said, "I'm done with these guys!"

It took them a bit, but I'm glad they took the time and matched it exactly. Second time, I needed a particular color that was not exactly a color they carried. Instead of simply giving me something close, they worked hard to match the exact color I wanted, and it looked great. Besides the great customer service, their high-end paint is well worth the money. Sure it's cheaper to go to a box store, but you can really tell the difference. Total pros, very satisfied!
