I already knew the names of the paint I needed for the house before coming here, but I didn't know there were so many different tints and mixes of paint. The staff here were super helpful and patient in explaining everything. Terry was the guy who helped me when I first came and he was just awesome. When I had to come back to get more paint of the same color, another worker was just as helpful and friendly. So the staff here is great. Not sure if they always have promotions or they were trying to just pitch a sales but I needed the paint and I'll take whatever discount/sale they offered. Quick efficient helpful. Type of service you want from These businesses. Note: important lesson I learned is to stick to the same location when you need more paint for continuation of a job because each store location has their own type of mix/tint. Called me "dear" and condescendingly tried to explain to me he had been helping them before me. Apparently they tracked him down and asked a question while i waited in line. Two customers followed me because they saw how rudely i was treated and they ended up leaving, carts full as they refused to do business here after seeing him behave that way. The manager was nice advised that Eric was new. However, new will never excuse pure rudeness. When my daughter went back to get his name and he was bad mouthing me to the customers. All I had done was advise that I was here first, and call him rude when he spoke to me the way he did. I am still making my purchase here today but would never shop at this location again.
