I went to this home depot to get supplies for my landscaping project and was assisted by Tony. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, professional and went beyond to make sure we had everything needed and even helped us load the items in the car. This is the first time I have been to a Home Depot and offered this kind of excellent customer service. He was awesome and exceptional. Mysogyny at its finest. This little jerk Eric in the paint department, skipped me to take care of two men he insists were here before me. I had taken a number and mine was 31 and theres was 32. Simple proof I was here first, plus i was in line waiting before them too. Called me "dear" and condescendingly tried to explain to me he had been helping them before me. Apparently they tracked him down and asked a question while i waited in line. He was extremely rude, until I walked away to find a manager. Two customers followed me because they saw how rudely i was treated and they ended up leaving, carts full as they refused to do business here after seeing him behave that way. The manager was nice advised that Eric was new. However, new will never excuse pure rudeness. When my daughter went back to get his name and he was bad mouthing me to the customers. All I had done was advise that I was here first, and call him rude when he spoke to me the way he did. I am still making my purchase here today but would never shop at this location again. read more

Went in to this location which quite frankly is usually a mission. But today was totally different, we were greeted by someone but she didn't know how to operate the machine to cut the blinds she went to get somebody else after several minutes a young lady walked by and asked if we needed help and we said yes. She said no problem give me a moment and within 30 seconds she was back with gloves and proceeded to cut those blinds like a professional. I am a handyman by trade and she knew what she was doing and she did it perfectly, Julia B. is a breath of fresh air she was courteous, kind, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She handled our issues with the blinds and made sure we had everything we needed to install them. Home Depot is very lucky to have Julia B as an employee. Julia gave me a whole new outlook on this location which is good because it's close to my grandmothers house so instead of making that trip to Coconut Grove I will now be giving this location more of my business. Miguel the one that said was in charge of gardening with bad attitude told me that they were not dead when I questioned why gardening section was in such conditions. I used to come to this Home Depot from 2007-2011 but I moved to a different area and the Home Depot on 49th street was closer to my new place so I started going to that one instead after 2011. Today on 12/05/2019 my dad wanted me to drive him to this Home Depot to buy some plumbing parts and I have to say that this Home Depot sure has changed alot since I last came here in 2011, back in 2011 they only had 1 pickup truck to rent out to customers and a small selection of tools but now it looks like they have all kinds of stuff that you cant rent out, even moving trucks! I guess now their giving U-Haul a run for their money. Back in 2011 all they had around this place was a gas station and a trailer park but now it looks like they have alot of new nearby businesses that have opened up as well. read more

A quick trip in and out with fast, efficient helpful staff. One thing that I really appreciated was that three people I asked for advice spoke perfect English which was a relief for me, as at the Hialeah location NOONE ever speaks English. read more

I love this Home Depot. Its convienient, parking is plentiful, and located very close to my house. Customer service is phenomenal. The attendants are friendly and knowledgable which is always a plus. I think the guys name that helps me is E.D. or E.G? I really cant tell and I have asked him but my memory is awful. Sorry! But thanks for always being so helpful and available when I come in dazed and confused. I am really not savvy when it comes to tools, fixing stuff, or anything home depot-ish and coming to this location I leave more knowledgeable and with the confidence to definitely DO IT myself. I love their plant department as well. Its always very clean and organized. You can always find someone to help you if you are having a hard time picking up some heavy mulch or rocks. The worst I have ever seen. If I wrote all that went wrong, I think you all would not believe me. I wish I could give them a MINUS. From not giving me my cash back (had to drive out of my way to go back and get it) to orders not being delivered, "lost"... read this email I got on order I put in THREE Nov with install of 30 Nov, cause I KNEW they would F it up. Well, they did and "lost" the delivery. Trust me, I have been in US just 3 months, trying to get a house I bought in order, and I have GOT to find another place to shop. NOW! I got this 4pm on the Friday BEFORE the install, after calling like 20 times asking where is my floor Good afternoon, The original flooring that was ordered on 11/3 was lost in transit and never arrived at the store. The cases were reordered on 11/23 and they have already shipped, the ETA to the store is by 12/2. We can then schedule the delivery of the flooring materials. Our installer, ACS, has been notified of this change and have attempted to contact you to reschedule your install date to the first available after all the materials are here. They have really great people ready to help out. For the past three weeks and a little more than, it's been a pleasure to see Carlos from the paint department and get his help. Always guiding us on which types he recommends, and taking it a step further by looking for things that are not at the shelf. He is patient and deals well with the other customers. I purchased a tankless heater here in 2014 and the sales representative assured me that the product had a lifetime warranty and that I could bring it to the location if it ever had an issue for and exchange. Before the 3 year mark the product failed and I had box and receipt came in to make an exchange. I spoke to arlett and she told me that I had to contact the manufacturer for a replacement basically leaving my house with my children without a water heater until they could come take a look at it. I escalated it to jean alvelo who is the manager on duty and he didn't choose to help us either I will never purchase another product at Home Depot I'd rather pay more at Lowe's than have issues like this. This is one of the newer Home Depots in Hialeah. Every time I have gone here I leave empty handed. Last time I came for paint their machines were down, this time I came for crates and they didn't have any. Every time I ask for help no one knows anything. It's Very frustrating! Return policy is very misleading! Its states that if you do not have a receipt that they will give you store credit for the lowest advertised price! I tried to return an item 8 days after I bought it and the advertised price was exactly what i paid for it. They told me that I could only get back what the "system generated" thats NOT what the store policy said. read more
