She was friendly and welcoming, and very patient with us in trying to find the perfect match. She approached this very frustrating task carefully and achieved perfect results. It is no easy feat! I had taken one of the same paint chips to lowes and they weren't able to match it after 6 or 7 tries. Ebony matched 7 different paint shades in a few minutes. Excellent job!
