I go back to get a different color for the interior, and the beyond rude lady just kept saying, "well did you get a sample." Yes, and it's a completely different color than the swatch and sample. She kept arguing. Ok, moving on. $4000 repaint job, just give me 10 more gallons of "snowbound" this time. A week later, I paint my bathroom "wordly grey." Came back, got a little sample for some touch ups (yes they're different sheens, but same color). The sample was COMPLETELY different than the color I got. One was grey, one was brown. I understand the sample is satin, the actual paint I got was eggshell. SHOULD BE A DIFFERENT SHEEN, BUT SAME COLOR!!! The lady rudely said you're comparing apples to oranges. MY POINT EXACTLY. Oranges and apples are two different colors, just like the sample and the actual paint. Note to self... their satin samples are a COMPLETELY different color than the actual paint. She even said a sample and the paint "are not comparable." She also rudely stated, "you're not getting what I'm saying, I do this everyday." Lady, you said it yourself samples and paint are not comparable, they're like comparing apples to oranges. Therefore, THERES NO POINT IN GETTING A SAMPLE, SINCE WHAT GOES ON THE WALL IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR- NOT just sheen. At the end of the day, it was how unprofessional she handled it.

I go home, open the drill to put the battery on the charger and the charger will not work. We tried four different outlets and it will not work at all. So I call craftsman because Cassie told me it would be a hassle to come back for a defective product, and craftsman tells me they will not and cannot do anything if it is within 30 days of purchase. It is up to the store to return the item. So I called Ace, I spoke with a guy and told him what happened. He said to come in today while the store manager is there before 5 or tomorrow when he is there. I came in today (4/9) and told Cassie what happened. She called up Mike, the shift manager. I told him what happened. He said that he cannot return it to the store. No one can. That I have to go through craftsman. I told him I called yesterday and was told the store manager would be here. He said he doesn't know who I spoke with and that he wasn't gonna be there today and he's the only one who could MAYBE do something, that I now I have to waste my time and come back tomorrow. He offered to keep the drill and take my info and have the manager reach out tomorrow, but he could not and would not take it out of the box and look at what I was talking about. He said that it was store policy that they cannot return it. I asked where that was, where it was posted. He used his foot to point out a sign that said they don't accept returns or exchanges. Yet I was told by the cashier for a defective item, that I could return it, and that that policy was not posted anywhere about defective items. I once again, called craftsman after leaving the store and they have informed me there is nothing they can do within the 30 day window and that the store HAS TO accept the return, exchange, etc. So now I have to wait until the manager Keaton comes in to see how screwed I am going to be or wait 5-8 WEEKS for craftsman to give me a refund.. I am appalled. Oh and to top it'll off, according to the manufacturer date it has been sitting on their shelf for 4 years.

They asked how they could help us. We explained our recliner in our Motorhome was worn out and needed to be replaced. I specified the color and that I wanted leather. My husband requested a recliner, non electric, one that would swivel and we preferred non rocking. We were shown dozens of recliners. Most all of them were either fabric or leather. But, we were assured any recliner could be custom built to our specifications. So, we were just, " Trying on" recliners to find the one that fit our needs and comfort level. Close to an hour later, we found the one. The one associate, Mr Martinez, took the time to explain how La-Z-Boy builds their furniture, from beginning to end. All made in America, which is very important to us. It's going to take 6 to 8 weeks for our recliner to be built. The time frame is a bit long for me, but we were promised we'd be very happy. Delivery was offered and we were very pleased to learn La-Z-Boy will deliver and set up the recliner in our Motorhome. This is a blessing to us as we are up there in age. We were very pleased with the service we received, the pleasant conversation and patience given to us. We know we're getting high quality furniture at a reasonable price, backed with a great warranty. We highly recommend you check La-Z-Boy first. Chances are, you'll find exactly what you need. In a time when Outstanding Customer Service feels like an exception to the rule, Danielle takes us back to a time when working with the public entailed comprehensive Customer Service training. While speaking with Danielle, I noticed a sign on the Customer Service counter that requests from Customers that they please refrain from abusive speech and behavior being directed to the Lowe's staff (paraphrased). I mentioned to Danielle that it's sad that this sign is even needed. Even with this opportunity to complain, Danielle maintained a positive and helpful attitude and smile. She exemplifies outstanding Customer Service, and I suspect it's her normal disposition. I hope she is recognized and rewarded for the important contribution she makes to the Lowe's team and brand!

So Lowes at Ridge and Little is refusing to replace it even though its still under warranty and the warranty department does not care about a family 4 going without a Frig for 5-7 days.
