I'm the customer and even if it was my fault you don't talk to me that way and you don't argue with customers. Then he refunded a credit to my account and wouldn't replace the gallon he screwed up! Contractors built Sherwin Williams and now you treat us like crap! You got kids running the stores that have no respect for their elders. Also two store managers have disrespected me so I'm not sure if I ever care to spend money with you guys anymore. That you let young mangers smart off to the contractors and get away with it! I'm over it and I'm tired of all the mistakes of S-W has made mixing my paint. I could give you tons of examples! One time they took my order on the phone and I came to pick it up. And it wasn't ready. They kid took my order and then went home! That's what you can expect from S-W. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this specific Ace's Hardware. I brought the set back in original packaging, no damage, and my original receipt but I was told that I couldn't return it because it was "used." What made this experience so frustrating was how rude the employee at the register was. I left feeling like I wasn't being treated fairly. Later in the day, my father returned with the exact packaging and the exact same receipt. They accepted the return without any issue and were friendly to him. Based on how differently we were treated while under the same circumstances, I was left feeling like I was judged differently only because I was a younger customer. Whether that was intentional or not, that's how the entire experience came across. I expected consistent customer service for everyone and unfortunately, that wasn't my experience.

When I told her i would make a review she brazenly said yes go ahead! She didn't care and was yelling in the front of the store, I'm torres, Lisette torres, go ahead! So is this a relative? Because more rude customer service from a manager I have never seen in my life! Don't make purchases here, they don't take returns of excess materials or samples. Home depot returns everything.

I came here on a Monday afternoon and was surprised on how much product they had in the store. All the color samples and brushes you need. I had a color sample from Lowe's and the guy was able to match it perfectly. I went with the Benjamin Moore advance It runs about $93 a gallon total which is absolutely crazy but it goes on like glass. Can't wait to see The finished product of my very old But sturdy cabinets. The store was in Lake Mary. Not much parking but they do have one space allotted for Benjamin Moore customer.

Delivery is cheaper than some places I have been to, $60 for an order, regardless of the size. They are open on the weekends and the deliveries are available on the weekend as well. I saw on ad on TV and decided to check it out with my Grandma while helping her furniture shop after a fire destroyed her belongings. In the end, we walked away with a beautiful Living Room set at a great price. The only down side once you were inside, there aren't many cut throughs so you have to do some major walking to get from one area to another. This would have been okay if it was just me, annoying sometimes, but okay, but with a Grannie on oxygen, this was a real pain in the rear. She wanted to go back and look at furniture for two of her three bedrooms but decided against it because it was too hard to get around inside the store. Probably not something that Management often considers, ya know?
