Dustin was awesome, and willing to look up my account to get more of some paint. I've spend thousands this year with a home, and have been So impressed with the service. Thank you, Dustin. However the girl working there at 10:30 am on 3/15 was SO rude and SO unprofessional!!! She refused to look up my account, belittled me and even called me A derogatory name!! She should not be working in retail with customers. She also spent her time gossiping about another co-worker to Dustin while Dustin was trying to focus and help me (she kept interrupting us). She was so rude and so unprofessional, I asked for another salesperson (thank you, Dustin, for being awesome!!!). Dustin needs a raise and the other sales person should be fired. It seems like every time I'm in here it takes over 30+ minutes between waiting in line behind 5 people and walking out. I'm a contractor and it's irritating that the staff answers phone calls and does whatever else with all the people standing in line waiting. I'm just disappointed and would like to see better attention given to the people standing in the store ready to do business with you. It doesn't make any sense and my time is money. Wait time is crazy there, even if there's not a lot people, driving 5 min more to the one on 1100 east is a whole lot more worth it

I came by to pick up some paint for touching up the exterior of my house. I had them match a sample of Behr paint from Home Depot. The color match looked great but the can looked terrible with no handle. I had many questions which were graciously answered. I asked for a handle which was a first for me. I wanted to try Sherwin Williams top of the line on the exterior chart I was shown. I hope that after all the problems I'm having that the paint will fulfill my expectations. Brad is a coloring genius!!!!!! I could not decide on colors to paint my house and a friend suggested I go see Brad. So, as the painters were priming my house I went to Sherwin Williams in desperate need of help!! Brad came in early to help me, and was so smart in the way he helped me decide. He has a ton of knowledge on how to make colors work together but besides that I'm sure he must also be some kind of psychologist!! He helped me feel calm and confident in my choices. LOVE HIM!!!! 1 quart of gloss enamel rust oleum is $32 with the 30% discount that the store was giving me. I think that reflects on the rest of their prices. Staff is friendly, knowledgable, and honest. Their products are great and they began to address me by name as they continued to see me come in which was great. The employee I dealt with gave honest opinions about their products and even told me the ones to stay away from. Right now is their 40% off a year sale do they are super busy. Even if you come in without the sale, you will get a great product even if you have to spend a bit more than Home Depot or Lowes. read more

If i could give no stars i would.... The people came to my house to fix a bunch of holes, and OMG i cannot even start to describe how horrible this was. So unprofessional!! They brought their kids with them, who one, was being super disrespectful, and two, were walking around my house where they shouldn't have been. And the people actually doing the work were just horrible. They got paint and dry wall EVERYWHERE, on our table, (which was NO WHERE near where they were working) They got it all over my washer and dryer, and was about to leave and not clean any of it up until i told them they had to. The guy was standing on my washer and dryer and denting it. i tried giving them paper towels to use to clean off their things but instead used my nice expensive kitchen rags and ruined them. In general the people that came to my house were extremely unprofessional and it has really frustrated me, The fact that they had the nerve to come to a customers house and disrespect what they are being told is beyond disappointing. read more
