She should not be working in retail with customers. She also spent her time gossiping about another co-worker to Dustin while Dustin was trying to focus and help me (she kept interrupting us). She was so rude and so unprofessional, I asked for another salesperson (thank you, Dustin, for being awesome!!!). Dustin needs a raise and the other sales person should be fired. I kind of knew what color I wanted, but she showed me several examples to confirm. She then proceeded to help me pick brushes, paint, and wax. The best part was she gave me a full demonstration of how to actually use the paint and wax. It really helped me understand the process since I have never used this type of paint before. I put on the first coat tonight. I can tell it is probably going to need two coats. Since it is a book case, I don't think I will brush the 'top' of the shelves (or bottom- however you look at it). I might roll those since they are not visible. I love the Chateaux. It is a beautiful khaki green. It is going to be beautiful when I am done. I loved the amazing customer service. It is also a very cute shop. If I had spent more time, I am sure I could have found cute gifts!!
