Katherine suggested bringing a little piece of my painted drywall in to get as close a match as possible. I went home, cut out a quarter size spot of my drywall and took it in. After four attempts, she got a pretty darn good match. At checkout, she apologized for the long wait - I was just grateful that she worked so hard to find a match. Overall, a good experience and helpful customer service. I would definitely visit this location again.
