There were two clerks, a female and male. I recognized the female's voice from an earlier phone call. Clearly the woman was the front/greet person and she never said a word to me. I find it odd that after waiting five minutes she referred to me in the third person when she asked, Ashley, her male colleague if he wanted to assist me. He said he would be with me shortly as he was mixing up a batch of paints. Ashley took my order and patiently explained my options. If my experience was based soley on Ashley, it would be five stars. He was able to multi-task, stay cordial, and promptly get my order prepared. At home my Duration paint matched perfectly even after a few years since the last coat.
