I was assured that that the flowers would be delivered in time for the funeral. They were not there when we arrived at the church- called grays and was assured they were on their way. We proceeded with mass without them. Apparently, they were delivered during mass and left on the floor in the lobby. Grays would not refund and the the owner refused to call me back. Not the Gray's we've always known!!

She always acts very put out if you are to ask her a question about anything in the store. She should definitely stay in the back, she doesn't like people, that's obvious. Though, if you can be waited on by the male owner he is very nice and very helpful. I bought a garden fountain there and he gave us a great deal and explained throughly exactly what we'd need when we got home to get it up and running. They do have a nice selection of gifts, candles, wreaths, plants and trees and the inside of the store was decorated nicely. Though it's not enough for me to go out of my way when one of the owners is rude.

Great for that person who's hard to buy for, or who you want to get something unique. i'll be going out there within the next week or so, to find a replacement for a plum tree that got uprooted by a snowplow. I chose Lace Leaf Co because Krysta seemed very enthusiastic and appeared to understand my vision for my wedding before I paid the deposit. She never checked in and I attempted to check in myself at the 6 month mark and let her know that I had chosen my colors. She ignored my email. As a bride I felt uncomfortable with the lack of communication for such an important event. I explained this to her but she refused to refund the $550 despite the fact that she had put zero effort into my wedding so far. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.
