We were moving from Santa Clarita CA to Parhump... like many people, I researched Google and Yelp for reviews on realtors, Sheryl had a lot of reviews on another site that I wasn't familiar with but really didn't have a lot of reviews on the site I was researching.... once my husband contacted her she was so responsive! A few months ago we contact Sheryl to look at some houses. Sheryl was great, friendly, responsive and answered all our questions. When we met her at the office, she had prepared copies of the houses she was going to show us, including the ones we researched and were interested in. We then followed her as she drove to the houses, and she passed by the local school as she knew we had a couple of school age kids. She shared with us some aspects of the area. I had such a glorious experience working with Sheryl. I just can't sing her praises enough. I hired Sheryl to help me sell a family member's house at a challenging time, helping them during a medical crisis to release the house so they could come live in my hometown and receive more attention there. I was far away from my hometown and all on my own; Sheryl was my greatest support and advocate at such a very challenging time, both physically and emotionally. GREAT Realtor!!!! GREAT Experience!!! Sheryl is absolutely everything you want in a realtor and I highly recommend her. I recently purchased a home, and Sheryl made the entire process from house looking thru closing a pleasant experience. I have only lived in the area for about a year so her experience and knowledge of the area and homes was invaluable. Her experience also saved me thousands of purchase price dollars during contract negotiations. She has a pool of trustworthy resources that was very helpful along the way including lenders, inspectors, and contractors. This helped me tremendously being new to the area. Sheryl's customer service is above and beyond. She is a one of the hardest working realtors I have used over the years. She is readily available when needed, quick to respond, and took much time out of her personal life to help navigate my deal to closing, including negotiating timely last minute extensions, and working with my lender, all while out of town during what should have been her family vacation. She is a sincere good person, a pleasure to work with, and completely professional. I am really disappointed to see the negative review from another poster. I couldn't DISagree more with everything she wrote, however, in looking at the other reviews from this poster it is clear she is a serial negative poster, with little positive remarks to say about any business she does business with.
