Upon first impressions of walking in, the store is absolutely beautiful. It's organized well, it's simple, and it's absolutely stunning. You can find what you need too easily and I love that they sell Jeffree Starr and Jaclyn Hill products. When I first entered, I was greeted by a sweet woman, and she was talking to me a little bit about the product I was looking at. I really just wanted to browse around so I didn't engage much but I did speak to her. I appreciate being greeted when I walk into a store. As I was walking around the store, I was trying to see if they had my shade of Jeffree star. Another woman worker said to me, "Wow, you look pretty serious to be looking at lipsticks." I understand she was trying to be funny, but I said something back like "uh huh" and didn't really engage. She then proceeded to say, "have you had a long day?" And I said, "No I just have RBF." Shortly after this interaction I left the store. I was only in the store a few minutes, but was chatted with the entire time, even though I wasn't engaging and clearly didn't want to talk. I understand the store was slow, but if a customer doesn't want to chat with you, leave them alone. If I need help I'll come find you. I also didn't appreciate being basically told that I looked rough. I had just had a dermaplane and my face was on fire, so I know I look rough. I don't need you to tell me that and make me feel bad about it. I hate to give a two star review based on this one interaction, but it was not that great of customer service. That worker needs to learn how to engage with people who want to be engaged with and not comment about my appearance or the look on my face. You don't know what people are going through and you shouldn't pry. I'm in a beauty store to find products that make me feel good - this expperience didnt make me feeel good at all.
