We drove 3.5 hours to come to the American Girl store. The mall is big and well laid out. The food court has a good variety of restaurants from Japanese to Sbarro to Chick-fil-A. The best service today we received was Ulta and Sephora. Aeropostale was meh. The worst: American Girl. American Girl was packed but it was so apparent that Mattel runs the show and not Pleasant Company. They just didn't care about the customer experience at all & only the money coming in. As for the mall, there are some great post-Christmas sales to be had right now. There was a huge variety of stores from furniture to clothes to housewares. Other than poor service at American Girl, we really enjoyed it! read more

I've been here a long time ago...things haI've spent hours at an indoor mall. I prefer outdoor malls and usually do my shopping online, but we spent hours here! This reminds me of a mall back home! I'm happy to still see that they have the original malls around as cool springs mall is definitely one of them. It was nice to see a lot of stores were actually open and in business inside the mall. Most indoor malls usually have a lot vacant stores nowadays. My son absolutely loves the Lego store! It's very spacious and clean inside which is a plus. I went to the Galleria to get fitted for a suit at Men's Warehouse. The customer service I received there was exceptional as I tend to require longer lengths in both pants and shirts. The associate working there, I wanna say Angela?, was very patient and made sure I knew of the deals they were having, so the value I received was excellent, also. Afterwards, I walked around and found Auntie Anne's for some cinnamon pretzels. Overall, not a busy place once you're inside, but parking can be hit or miss. Went to the restroom and it was clean, so that's always a good sign. read more

Cool Springs Galleria Mall is one of the last indoor, old school malls in the area that is still fully occupied and operational. The mall is an anchor in the Cool Springs area featuring all the standard mall stores you are accustomed to, with a few local shops sprinkled in. The mall is fully indoor and is two levels. There are several other shops, stores and restaurants surrounding the mall. Food court, while small, is still a mall food court that brings the nostalgia back through pizza, hoagies and Chinese food! Parking, as you would expect, is plentiful. On the side of the mall where King's Bowl and Party Fowl are, parking gets a bit more tight. I usually come to this mall for Belk. LOVE me some Belk. But when I do visit, I always find myself wondering the floors and just enjoying the visit...of course I usually try to get there around opening. The mall gets packed pretty quickly, even on the week days. Overall, solid mall. No issues and always coming through when needed. read more

I came here mostly for the Belk department store but I did walk around part of the mall. It feels full of stores and was also full of people on a Saturday afternoon. The food court was full of people and two of the larger sit-down restaurants looked crowded as well. Would not hesitate to return and found parking easily. read more

I normally enjoy shopping at CoolSprings, but I had a disappointing experience with one of the vendors inside the mall. I purchased what I was told was an official Pop Mart Labubu figurine. The box even had the Pop Mart name on it. But once I opened it, it was clearly a fake. The head spins, the limbs are loose, and one of the hands is about to fall off. It's extremely poor quality and nothing like the real collectibles I've seen online. I feel misled and scammed, it was sold as if it were authentic. I really hope the mall steps in to make sure shoppers aren't being sold counterfeit items at such a high price. Cool Springs Galleria is my most frequented mall in the Nashville area. I enjoy the food court and variety of stores - esp the newest addition of Barnes & Noble! It is always clean, spacious, and easy to navigate, with a modern feel that makes shopping enjoyable. Parking is usually challenging - pro tip: I always look behind Ulta first and avoid trying to find a main area spots. This mall appeals to everyone - it's an in between the higher-end Green Hills and the outlet of Opry Mills. Whether you're looking for a bite to eat, makeup, fashion, tech, or just a place to walk around and browse, Cool Springs Galleria has something for everyone. What a throwback to the American mall, the smells the stores and the selection. One of the cleanest malls ive been to and in a great area.

I was in search of a new dress and I found the perfect one! After searching a plethora of stores within this mall, I found such a cute birthday dress. The only one in my size was on the mannequin. So we had the make the odd request of the store manager and ask if they wouldn't mind taking the dress off the mannequin and she did it with no hesitation! After shopping up an appetite, we stopped in the food court and got chick-fil-a. We placed our order and were met with our meal only 3 minutes after we placed the order. Record speed!! I would recommend this mall as it has plenty of shops and plenty of food options. Definitely stop by if you're in the area!! read more

DISABLED VISITORS SACRIFICED for 'food pick up' services. They have added so many food pick up spaces and curbside clothing places that there are now 2-4 handicap parking spots at each door for a HUGE MALL. What's going on here???? We needed to come to Talbots, but because of multiple spots for food take out places, there were 2 handicap spots. What's going on that food pick up is more valued than the disabled. We drove around to different entrances to visit, and this is ALL OVER the mall. This is unacceptable. Our disabled family member cannot visit the mall at busy times. Do better! read more

The CoolSprings Galleria is huge with over one hundred and fifty stores. J C Penny, Belk, Macy's and Dillard's are the anchor stores. The mall was recently renovated so it was sparkling clean and felt new. The food court did not have every restaurant open and several of the ones that were opened had employees yelling out requests to come try their food. I felt like I was at a carnival. Many of the stores had signs that welcomed back their customers and others had signs that limited the amount of customers in at a time. read more

One of my favorite Malls in the Nashville area... It is about 15-20 minutes from my house via I-65 depending on the traffic and time of day! I'd avoided coming here for years. People had told me this was more an an outlet mall rather than a traditional mall. Plus, I live in Nashville so I had plenty of closer options if the spirit to mall walk came over me. So, despite being at nearby businesses, I never darkened the door at CoolSprings. But then the stars aligned where I needed to come to this mall (couldn't find what I needed in Nashville) and I had a day off (so traveling south during non-peak hours was something I could do comfortably) so to CoolSprings I went. First thing I noticed: parking was/is a breeze. Compared to the act of war that is parking at Green Hills, this was a restful, fantastic experience. Plenty of spaces. D@mn near every space seemed to be within a few strides of a door. This is what we need when it comes to malls. Middle Tennessee (for better or worse) is a driving metro. Thus, parking is a real concern. Get it together or face angry customers. Once parked, I made my way inside. A few things: the mall map was front and center. Me likey. Malls can be mini cities. You need to know where you're going and being able to navigate from the beginning is extremely important. Secondly, plenty of seating. As has been the case for millennia, spouses/children have been dragged to malls against their will. Having clean, new places to post up while they wait for the cool reward of an Orange Julius is a must. Next: the smell. The smell of the mall reminded me of Mall St. Matthews back home in Louisville, KY. The malls aren't managed/owned by the same group but the smell took me back to my pre-teen mallrat years. I wasn't mad at it. The lighting's good, the layout is easily navigable and the stores are good for all your big box shopping needs. Plus there was a surprising amount of eye candy. The demographic is a bit different from Green Hills but that's to be expected. The malls are in pretty different locations. Malls are malls are malls... unless they aren't. There's nothing about CoolSprings that's going to upset your typical mall expectations and there's enough care going on that you're, likely, to have a neutral to good experience. When it comes to a crush of humanity, that's a win. read more

My wife and I took a walk across the interstate today and decided to enter the mall to check it out. We wore masks and kept our hands in our pockets. Nearly 2/3 of the patrons wore no masks nor did many of them respect social distancing. There were no signs requesting distancing, none requesting (not requiring face masks). We walked the length which could have been designated 'one way' on the right, the other to the left...but no. If CBL Properties has that little respect for me, then it will be a cold day as is said about spending money at COOL SPRINGS...and I will tell others to do the same. Cool Springs Galleria is a pretty run of the mill 'burb mall with the usual suspects available as retailers (Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret, and Dillards) so there really isn't much initiative for me to make the journey out here from my Downtown roots. Mall itself isn't really that big, but they did have some shops that I was looking for. It's clean, food court had some good options, customer service in all the shops were great, EXCEPT for malls customer service desk. I walked up to the desk around 415 asking where the restrooms were. There were two ladies, one had her back towards me. Saw me and heard my question, didn't acknowledge me whatsoever. The other lady had to respond to my question. RUDE. Get out of the customer service desk if you have shitty customer service skills. read more

The mall is very big and has so many stores. My experience's there have been so amazing. There is just one thing that may need to be fixed. The tables in the food court are very messy. You may find a couple or a few that are clean. They aren't like super duper messy at all. It may be a good bit of crumbs. Other than that, I love the mall! This is an absolutely beautiful mall ran by CBL! There are almost no dead stores, and Dos Bro's in the food court is amazing! The only thing to be careful of is that there are separate Belk Stores, one for Women and Home, the other for men and children. There are also Dillard's, Macy's, JCPenney, and several smaller stores like Bath and Body Works! After visiting Rivergate Mall, The Mall at Greenhills, and Greenwood Mall, I can say this is m favorite mall in the Nashville area! read more

Security is a joke. Apparently, one of them thought it was funny when my elderly father (78) could have been lost in the storm on March 9th around 1:15 pm. I had my son and husband riding around in the parking lot. He smirked when I asked if he could help. I truly love this mall!! There are so many shoppes in the mall and around that you don't have to go anywhere but this area to get what you want. Parking here is awesome even when you do go on the weekend. When I say awesome, I mean that you can find a parking spot (don't be unreasonable and expect a front row parking spot when coming on the weekend). The store selections are for everyone. They cater to kids, teens, young adults, adults, and even older people. While malls annoy me, I believe this one is well structured and provides the best selection in Nashville (my opinion). The only downfall is the food selection in the food court, while you can expect the typical Sbarro, and great American Cookies, I was hoping for more. Otherwise! This is worth the trip read more
