I called as we were leaving another shop and Rosa offered to even give me a price quote over the phone so we would have an idea of what they would charge. I told her that wouldn't be necessary since we were only a few miles away so we just drove over. Sure enough we were greeted by Rosa when we got there. Full disclosure, this is a granite / quartz fabrication shop so you will be in a work are as you go to the office. We were in the market for a high end quartz top to replace a vanity top in our half bath. We found the perfect remnant piece and within a few minutes Rosa gave us a quote. Seemed reasonable and we even paid extra to have them use their plumber to disconnect and connect our new faucet and sink. Rosa had someone stop by to measure the same day and they install was done the following day! We were a small job so I am sure they squeezed us in. But regardless, we were super happy with the product and the service. Highly recommend CS granite for all your stone needs!

No apologies were made for missing the first appointment, she told us she always gives confirmation for appointments In advance. How were we suppose to know that? She did text me 20 minutes before the second appointment while I was in route to the showroom. I told her I do not read my text while I'm on the highway. After that her demeanor changed with a condescending attitude that she did not have an appointment with us earlier in the week, that she always confirms, continued to repeat this over and over In a rude manner. My friend and I had never been talked to so rudely by a salesperson. She would not quit repeating until I said Stop let's move on.....After that....., She did not answer our questions about the different surfaces. We did go thru the showroom and she kept looking at her watch for her next appointment. We left with feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. BEWARE OF HIILDA....!!!!!!!!!!

Meeting Joe was a pleasure. He spent real time talking things through with me, and his upfront assessment of timeframe, scope, and cost was spot-on. His crews showed up on time, every time. They were polite and kept the work area clean -- my patios and flower beds were swept up thoroughly every day before they left. Joe came by regularly to check on the progress, which I appreciated. They told me they would send someone out to take measurements the following day, but never called me back to tell me when. That threw off our schedule, and I had to be the one to follow up with them the next morning asking if anyone was coming. They said they left early for the day, so they forget to follow up with me... We scheduled for the following day, and the guy that came out was over 30 minutes late, which made me run late for my work meeting. They advertise granite starting at $35/square foot with install and materials, which would have meant my countertops should have been around $3,150.00, but they ended up quoting me over $7,000.00! I told them I just needed something basic as we were planning on selling the house. I asked what happened with the drastic price difference, and they sent me pictures of the granite they had for $35/square foot, which were hideous and would clash with our island. I told them so, and they never responded with any alternative. Also, I'm not fond of doing everything by text if I'm spending $7,000.00. I guess I'll be using a different company.

The person who came by to measure went over the measurements twice with me and helped me understand my final choices for edging and backsplash. Whoever planned the layout from our slab, made a beautiful artistic choice -- centering some of the subtle vein work in the slab to fall between the two sinks. Guys doing the install-- terrific work.
