Stephen is honest, caring and a GREAT SMALL BUSINESS OWNER. The quote he gave us was transparent; labor cost, material cost and top notch products. (he was almost half the price of a big roofing company and their quote was not transparent; he couldn't help us determine why it was so high either.. it didn't add up!) His quote for gutters and mesh guards is the best we've received also. He made us feel like part of the family from the moment we met. We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. The actual poor wasn't that bad except for the buried some of the old concrete from the driveway/walkway on the right side of the front of the house. I had to dig that up and get rid of it myself. As you can see by the below, they really sprayed the concrete as high as 6 feet the screen on the patio window, I did if they were going to clean that up and they said that they couldn't because the concrete was wet that I had to wait until it was dry. as you can see in the pictures below, they couldn't take the wood framing off the concrete because some of the workers nailed it to the concrete he explained and that some of his workers were and that he couldn't get them to use the wooden spikes only instead of the nails. I have tried to in contact with R & C construction several times through voicemail and text and through Angie and they have not returned my messages. Overall, I would give them three stars only, decide for yourself.

His team led by Pedro came and finished the job in an hour to fix a piece of our roof that was bent by high winds. Pedro was very friendly and explained why the roofing material had fallen off and showed me the old and new screws used to attach the metal roofing. They resealed the area with sealant and reattached metal roofing to cover the area with appropriate screws. Would recommend for any roofing needs!
