Rich was super communicative and helpful during 13 days they were ordering parts, waiting for parts, installing and painting the door and blending the paint with other parts of the car. The window up/down mechanism needed a repair/reset by Honda. Rich offered to take the car to Honda but I decided to take the myself. Rich dealt with Honda Service Dept. by phone and he paid for the diagnosis and electronics reset. Paint looks great. I would not hesitate to use Active Auto Body again and will recommend to friends.
