Excellent communication letting me know he's on his way and what time he'll be there sending a text when he arrives. Today Jay arrived at my home this morning and got right to it, super detailed and mythotical at what he does. He washed my car in the sun and somehow there are no spots or streaks left. I've gone to their carwashes by my home at $15 and received a free towel and air freshener. I was in the area so I stopped here. Unfortunately will be my 1st and only visit due to the wash itself. My car was not cleaned properly and still showed signs of dirt. My $15 wash place gets the dirt better.

I recently hit a loose car tire on the freeway which left some damage on my front bumper. The PPF came in clutch and protected most of my original car paint. Unfortunately, the impact did penetrate through some parts of the PPF and left residual scratch marks, however had I not had the PPF the damage would have been much worse and cost a lot more to fix. Leo, Allen, and Dom were so kind to help me clean up and fix the area and make it look as new as possible. It literally glows and water just beads off it like nothing. Had my Spouses older vehicle paint corrected and detailed and could not be happier. The daily driver looks practically new each time we get it back. After surgery Jesse even came and got the truck for a maintenance wash when I could not do it myself (He does a much better job than me anyway.). Customer Service like that is unheard of these days?! He was even willing to push back the appointment , and I appreciate his flexibility. Eddie showed up, confirmed the level of wash and got right to work. Super easy. He brings his own water and supplies. I appreciate that most of his products are biodegradable. At the end, the car looked great to me even for the entry level wash!
