I've gone to their carwashes by my home at $15 and received a free towel and air freshener. I was in the area so I stopped here. Unfortunately will be my 1st and only visit due to the wash itself. I'm a regular here. We have their monthly "membership" for our cars. One being a Tesla. My first time, when we first got the car (it's now almost 3 years old) it was a bit tricky getting the car into neutral being a non electric car owner for 30 years. However, after that-No issues. Till today. I usually wear my seatbelt while going through (this is important to note) and wipe down my car. This time I didn't and didn't think anything. I was cleaning and the car kept going into Park. The older man at the entrance of the car wash was yelling at me to keep it in Neutral. I was telling him it was but that I think the machine is doing something g to put the car in Park. I got it heck into Neutral and he started it again. Same thing-Went not even a full tire rotation in the car wash and boom, Park. Now he throws down the water hose he had on his hand, slams on the emergency shut off and starts talking ish under his breath. I open my door and ask for someone (else) to help. Sorry sir, yo entiendo! Rude. I tell him again, I'm not doing anything. Another man comes (he's shorter and younger and always VERY nice when I'm here) and he tells me it's cause I opened the door. I said no. It did it before that and I wasn't going anything to the car. I said come inside with me. He said, don't worry. Then he said are you moving. I said, yes. I always do. Then he said your seatbelt! I said, what about it. He told me when you take it off and move, the car will do that. I said ohhhh. Thanks! They restarted and in fact, if you have your seatbelt on and move-No big deal. But take it off and-You can't move if your car will auto Park. That older man was plain ol rude and not cool. The attendant took the free car wash card and barely sprinkled water on the car. Strike 2. The wash ended. All seemed good. Have the 2 dudes that dried my car a tip and went on my way. Got to my mom's and my entire left side driver side fender was completely ripped off. It was hanging by a clip!!!! Strike 3!!!!! I just left this car wash and had a very disappointing experience. As I was driving away, I made a left turn and noticed something fall off my vehicle. When I arrived home, I realized that a part attached to the roof of my car was missing. I called the car wash immediately to report the issue. The employee who answered simply said, "No, we don't have anything. Call back tomorrow," and then hung up on me before I could finish explaining the situation. 6/23/24 On a hot June Sunday, Hubby decided to get this bucket of bolts a bath! It was parked outside of the garage so it's been under the elements all this time. We used to have a huge canopy over it when we lived in Lakewood. So we got the basic wash, we vacuumed the inside ourselves. I told the employee to not use some big nylon plastic brush in a big barrel as we were going through the automated car wash. I told the car wash worker "no brush. Do not use the brush on my car, please" Sure enough the guy starts brushing the car while I'm going through the car wash. Upon getting out of the wash I noticed my new cars paint was marred with brush scratches in the clear coat in the exact area where the employee brushed the car. I got a free wash ticket after bringing my Van and Jeep to Cerritos Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM. It's right off the 91 freeway At Pioneer. I didn't know what to expect, but when you pull up, you drive into the vacuuming area. From. There, you go to the payment area and then drive into the wash tunnel. At the end, two guys with towels do a cursory quick dry and direct you to the self drying area. There, you'll find more towels (with separate clean and dirty baskets) to continue with self drying. The whole process is pretty slick and no one complained that I had a spare tire on my roof rack or a hitch rack on each of my vehicles. For a self serve wash, it's better than most and one I'd go to if I was in the area, with or without a free wash card. read more

I took my car here and spent $45 to have them clean my car. When I got my car back it looked like they had wiped at the dirt. The floors looked like a vacuum was drug across blindly. When I brought it their attention that the door and dash wasn't even clean the guy with a towel came to the door and wiped it down in a hurry still missing the problem. I had to take the towel and do it myself. My cars exterior was absolutely flawless. I called and was told to come back and let them clean it again. I'm now sitting here for another chance to get it right. I've come here and have gotten complete details with my third party cars I buy. The fact that this is what they have turned into is truly upsetting. In my honest opinion if I wanted this I could do it myself with my tools at home and save the $45. I visited this car wash last month in June, and the rep told me of a special that they had / have. I was told that the special provides unlimited car washes for 30 days. The cost of this was only $25. However, you have to download the Way.com app to register. So, I downloaded the app, they scanned it and I was in the system. Afterwards, they just have to scan your app whenever you come for a car wash, over the next 30 days. This was on June 23rd. Today on July 24th I was reconciling my bank account, and I noticed another $25 charge. I immediately disputed this charge with my bank, but I also drove straight to this car wash. When I arrived I spoke with the owner. I explained to him the issue. He then became angry with me as I told him that his rep did not explain that this charge was recurring. Nor does the app specify that the charge is recurring each month. He said that he would give me my money back, if the company did not. Yet, after the company for the app denied me reimbursement, he then went back on his word of reimbursement me the $25. Ultimately, I had that company cancel any further charges for this app, and I made them email me proof of the cancelation. But before I left they were still promoting this Way.com app and had a few people sign up with it. I then told those customers who they instructed to download the app, to cancel the account because it was a scam and it will bill them each month. They are swindling people for $25 each month, if they do not pay attention to their bank account. The owner stated to me that the way.com company pays him (the owner) every month for these charges. Though, he did not say how much he was paid by way.com. If you decide to go to this car wash...DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP (WAY.COM) and just pay cash or debit. Stay away from this app. I swear people work hard for every dime they can make, yet this owner is taking advantage of people just getting a car wash. Be warned. read more

I tried this car wash bc it is highly talked about and rated on Yelp. I did the self service car wash. The worker who greeted me in the beginning was friendly, but everyone else weren't the friendliest. The person directing me to go into the car wash did not guide me properly. Unfortunately, because of that my rim of my new car has a deep scratch. Also, the person who rinsed my car didn't rinse enough because my car feels grainy, which only happens when you don't rise the car off properly before applying soap. Although I appreciated the extra help in wiping down my car, there were a bunch of water marks. Also my price included a tire shine and my rims have water marks too. Even with the highest $18 self service car wash, my car looks like I just rinsed it with water. Overall I would recommend going to another self service car wash or a dairy for cheaper and a better wash. update: i just called explaining some of the situation and they offered me a free car wash. the guy on the phone wasn't the friendliest and now thinking about it i don't think i want to take my car here again. thank you for the offer, but i'll pass. i just hoped for a better solution and more customer service. read more

I have a subscription for the car wash. As a result, I have my car washed about once a week. There simply isn't any attention to detail. The vacuums always have paper stuck in them. It hasn't dawned on any employee to check the nozzles daily. Good luck trying to find someone to unclog them. When you get your car pre-rinsed, don't expect the right side of your car to be included. If you expect your tires to be shiny because you purchased that option, apparently, it is optional they will apply it. They did a great job on the exterior front, rear, and driver's side of the vehicle. For some reason the passengers' side of my vehicle was either not rinsed or wiped down well, as there were water/soap marks all over the passenger side. I love coming here because it's no frills and they do a great job. I always get the full service car wash and they do a very thorough job. I've tried several other car washes and they clean it but not to the par of these gentlemen. The prices are cheap but don't let that fool you because they do a fantastic job. I am a frequent customer, every 3 weeks + waxes every 6 months and clay bar cleaning too. Like I said, they take care of me and I am pretty harsh critic. I got a free wash from Cerritos Mazda, so I came through this wash. Pulled up, into the vacuum area, and was not sure if someone was going to vacuum for me or if it was a self-serve. It was my first time here. Eventually, I figured out that I do it myself which is not a problem. The guy at the register took my voucher, he looked miserable and pointed me toward the wash. Warning - manager / owner declares everyone knows they are not responsible for damages incurred to cars for lower cost wash packages. Was looking for a car wash for wife's car, to get all the bugs from the front cleaned off. Stopped by, asked the lead / supervisor what service would I need for that. Don't need the inside cleaned. Just the outside. He said the Gold service would be enough, $15. Returned with the car, drove up to the cashier, said the other guy said earlier today to get the Gold package, and confirmed they could the bugs off. All good. Paid. Waited in line. Ran through the process. Exited the machine. Parked the car to check out the work. Mostly clean all over, but still some bugs on the front. Well, $15. Walked to the back, rear wiper was flopped down, broken (sorry, no pic while flopped down). Walked to the lead / supervisor. Had him come over to see the damage. He was able to snap it back into position, but the broken hinge joint would not last for long. He said his boss would have to look at it. Boss was already outside. First thing he said to me was they are not responsible for anything that happens to the interior. I asked him what he was talking about. Sounds like theft of interior items is a common thing? I clarified and showed him the broken hinge. He asked what package I got. Told him Gold. He said they are not responsible for damages except for full wash. Difference is, Full Wash, they drive the car through. So then they are responsible for damages. Other services where the owner drives the car through, they are not responsible. I said no one told me. He said everyone knows this. Everyone. This obviously happens frequently enough. I told him I did not know. I asked if that was written down somewhere. He pointed to the sign, on the ground, sideways, behind the guard rail (see pics). And he throws his workers under the bus by saying he told them to put it up earlier, but they didn't. FYI. Full Service wash is $35, and that includes damage liability. I walk back to the car. Taking pics of the damaged arm before I leave. He comes over. Asks if the wiper still works. I show him again the broken hinge. He suggests maybe it was already broken, while leaning into to me as he's much taller, like a well practiced bullying move. I get a little louder, asking if he thinks I came to the car wash with a broken wiper arm to blame the business? He backs off, says he's not responsible, walks away. I confirm with him that I don't accept that. Net learnings. It would seem the manager/owner gets enough theft complaints where denying liability is the first thing out of his mouth when any issue comes up. Though I did not experience any property theft. Then it would seem that everyone gets their car damaged at his place, and that he's not responsible. Then, he seems practiced in leveraging his height and girth to try and intimidate those with complaints. Has he been taken advantage of before? Not sure. But from my viewpoint, not the behavior of a nice guy. Finally, blames his team vs taking charge and taking lead. I sympathize for his workers. Better to get the Full Wash for $35, where they say they take responsibly for damages? Not worth the risk. Try Andy's Xpress Wash on Carson in Lakewood. read more
